Today I praise God for the blessings of our 2 boys that he has given us. They are done school this week and I see how hard they have worked this year. They are true blessings to us.

Today I am also thankful that we have central air, since it is pushing 100 degrees today.

Today, I am thankful that I got my husband off to the boat with minimal stress and no tears. I'm also grateful that what I expected to be an emotionally difficult day has turned out to be surprisingly pleasant!

I am thankful for so many things but standing out this morning is this:
I am thankful for the people (you know who you are) God has brought into my life to help fill the void of not having my parents any longer. I am thankful that God's promises are true and that He never gives us more than we can bear.
