In another thread, I've been pretty outspoken about my opinion of WHEN we should be able to download the newest issue of the SN magazine. What do YOU think?

I do both, I hit the 'highlights' on downloading then read everything else in the mag!

I voted Other. I think the download version should be available on a specific day of the month. This could be communicated to subscribers as a specific date (like the 15th) or something along the lines of "every third Wednesday," which turned out to be the case this particular month.
One drawback to the print issue is that you never know when to expect it. I've received mine earlier some months and well after the 1st in others. It's out of Singing News' hands once they turn it over to the Post Office. This is the sort of drawback that shouldn't be a factor with the online edition, once they get it up and rolling.
Once they work out the kinks, I expect there will be a reliable date each month when a subscriber can go to the website and view the new issue...at least, I assume that's the goal.

Doesn't matter when you receive it the online edition always has something the printed edition doesn't, that's the International Section. I enjoy looking at this section of SN on line. Some wonderful articles photos and pictures in this section.
