I am not sure what forum I need,but here goes.....Everyone post about whats on secular tv which is ok. I am here to tell about whats on Godtv on directv. Florida has been in a healing revival for several days now. The presence of the Lord is so awesome and can be felt around the world(has been already) because of being aired on the tv. I hope everyone will at least watch a few minutes(with an open mind) and just see the power of God !
People get ready..Jeus is coming!!!!!

Sounds Awsome! Which channel? I live in Humbolt County, CA, but i hope that does'nt make a difference. I have Comcast.

It is! Channel 365 on directv (Godtv). I don't know if its on cable.but you can go to Godtv.com and there is a link where you can watch it live. I encourage everyone to check it out!
Right now the channel is airing Reign down usa from Washington with Michael w smith,and others their is a link to watch it too.

I don't watch it because of Todd I watch becauese i feel the presence of the Lord during the worship ...... Healing is real I am a testimony to that not from this experience but of an experience I had at church 2 years ago (and it wasn't Todd) I had no idea who Todd was at the time,nor that when i went to church that evening that i woild be healed of my asthma,but I was. Todd or anyone else can't heal He can't anyone......BUT JESUS CAN AND DOES!!!!
From everything i've been seeing no one is taking credit for anything but all credit is going to JESUS!

That's all fine and dandy, but specifically referring to the Florida Revival taking place in Lakeland; that is ran by Todd Bentley, and he is, well, a nutjob. Often quite unbiblical.

If quoting scriptures.praying and the prophtic isn't Biblical what is... I think people look at church a certain way and they get scared of anything different...I seek the Lord constantly. and his presence is very real and can be felt when u drew to him....I have even had words and visions so I keep my mind and heart open for all the Lord wants to show me....

Todd Bentley is a Latter Rain preacher working side by side with false prophets.

I don't know who you are calling false.but Bob Jones is well known in this area as being pretty right on on with his prophecies.......I try to study prophecy in the Bible as I have been lucky enough to recieve dreams and visions some much like what has been said on the revival.....and mine were months ago..what about that? The Bible speaks of the former and the latter rain both........

Bob Jones has numerous failed prophecies. In order to compensate for that, he said a prophet only needs to be 2/3 correct. Completely unscriptural.

.....I don't know all his prophecies ,,but no one is perfect but JESUS..... I am not familuar with all the things these guys are saying ....I know Bob himself said he was repremanded by the Lord on some things maybe that was one...we are not his judge God is......... I do know God said he would poor out his spirit on all flesh and he is doing that..dreams and visions are real...
4.But Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his own country, among his own relatives, and in his own house."

No, I know we are not perfect. . . but failed prophecies make one a false prophet.
And I am not judging his salvation, but we are to line up things that are said with Scripture. . . Bob Jone, Todd Bentley, and a slew of others that are part of Lakeland, Toronto, etc, have failed to line up their teachings and their prophecies with the word of God.

I am not following people just Jesus.....and I try to hear all...We will answer for what we have done and if these guys are false they will answer....we are not to judge........there is an event now that has been speaking of God talking to them about healing I suppose you think thats wrong too.......

I don't think healing is wrong.
I think what these men do is wrong. They are not scripturally sound, and we are, as Christians, called to check everything against Scripture.

How can u check everything? What i heard last night was from the Bible about the pool of Bethesda and the book of acts both BIBLE......Like i said i had a vision from God simular to what they talked of last night about stadiium like place and being told to come back to earth the job is not done......Do u think regular people can't see things like that? I Did.

Groans...it's always a stadium in those "visions", for some reason that is really important to the Latter Rain type folks.

According to God's Word he is a false prophet. Hnmm... loyalty to Bob Jones or Scripture? Not a hard choice for me to make.

Hey guys. I just came to this place looking for info. about god tv. I started reading your posts and replies, and I just had to register so I could add a few words. A friend of mine just called me. She has been going nightly to those healing revivals with Bently. She told me that the Lord was moving so strong in that meeting, she could barely stop herself from shaking. Would the anointing and presence be so strong, if these guys were not hitting the mark? I don't think the presence of the Lord would be in a place of a false prophet. Just my spin on this.

The presence can definitely be something not of God. Check this out.
Test all things in light of Scripture.

You have to create an account. Click on the USA on the map that will come up then click on register, small letters, middle of the page near the top. Then enter the info requested. If you wish to enter info that is optional, click on what you would like to enter and a space will come up. If I were you I'd enter the bare minimum to get registered and get access but thats just me.
Not that I recommend or endorse it, or don't for that matter. Just trying to be helpful.

all you need to do is go to www.godtv then click on florida healing revival and at the bottom of the page is a web addrress to a direct link to the revival wthout having to log in or make a new account. You can watch on godtv web page too but i think it requires you to log in as a new user.the other way is faster and there is a chat room too,if ya like that sort of thing..
