I was elected as a union delegate and couldn't say no cause most people at my work don't like to speak up. Most of them have some degree or other, some even have a masters, yet they are scared to talk. Around 200 employees at my work.
I already had conflict with a team leader and all I want is justice and a fair deal for all. Gee hope I am able to do this without making an enemy out of the boss!
Please pray there is a way>

We ask that you give Giulia the guidance, peace & courage to do the job she has been elected to.
We ask that you give her wisdom Father God to be able to do the right things for herself and the employees.
We ask you Father God to let miracles happen in the field for her and the employees she represents.

I will be praying for you. I really understand how you feel. They want be
to be a union steward at my place of employment. I really don't feel
as if I'd be comfortable doing this, and I did turn it down. I agree, a lot
of people are afraid to speak up. God bless you. I will definately be
thinking about you.
