He's thrashed Kobe most of this 07-08 NBA Finals series and has carried Boston through many tough games throughout the NBA playoffs ( not just the finals)...

He's always been regarded as very good as the main man in Boston for so many years, but is he one of the best of the best? Can we say he's up there with Kobe, Lebron, Wade...etc.?

His individual stats would say no but if lifting up your team to an elite level counts then I would say yes!

I was really impressed with their coach and the way he kept everyone calm on the bench. He also seems to use respect and support of his players as a motivational tool. I expect more championship rings for Doc Rivers!
