I think that if there is a device that could do this; then every police dept in the country should have one or a slew of them.
Use it everytime demonstraters break the law and do not obey police. It shold be great for control of unruly crowds, would have probalby stopped the Watts riots, the Rodney king riots, etc. etc.
Lordy it might have even stopped the 9/11 hjackers.

And I'm not surprised that the liberals believed it, after all, they believe Gore won in 2000 and that a vast right wing conspiracy was responsible for the impeachment of Bill Clinton....
