Hi everyone. I'm Jenn. I'm a 26 year old stay at home mother of two incredible little boys. Zakkary is 2 and Phillip recently made 6. I've been married to my husband Scottie for almost 7 years now.

I have basically been an Atheist since I was about 14. The past say year I've had a few eye opening events. It started with a dream. The dream led me to someone that is from my past that now does missionary work. I toyed with the idea of maybe being wrong for a bit then let it slip my mind. Then the dreams started again. This time of someone else from my past. I found her and turns out she believes and her myspace page certainly had a lot of info on it. Then when I talked to her she reminded me of an event. I had an overwhelming urge that she had to stay at school with me and I fussed all day till she did. I don't feel like typing it all out but the long story had I not had that feeling that she HAD to stay... she would have gone home and likely been killed. She reminded me that God used my brother and I to save her that day.

I'm still really torn about all this. It's hard to just accept that the past 12 years of my life I've been wrong. So I've babbled enough. I'm glad to be here. I may not post a lot as I just want to explore this a bit.

I am sooo glad you are here! Thank you for sharing that! I imagine that took some courage.

You just take your time People here are generally very kind although sometimes we forget that we are called to be like our kind, sweet God.

Last night I thought of a signature to maybe put under my name - "To be wrong, occasionally is human; to be right all the time is arrogance"

If, perhaps, you just might have gotten this whole Christianity thing wrong, join the crowd . Some of the greatest of all saints were, at one point, atheists.....

Welcome

P.S. I think God may be wooing you to His wonderful heart of LOVE...He is hard to resist as He is quite the beautiful God...

Thank you for the welcome.

I still have my own doubts of course. But even getting to this point in what I do or do not believe is something in it's own. I've been closed off to even the suggestion for years. Now all of a sudden simple dreams have changed my entire way of thinking. It has been like a huge slap in the face.

I am grateful I did not blow you away with my initial response

I imagine it would be terribly hard to all of a sudden wonder if, what you thought was true all these years, might not be.

But, believe me, many of us have been there also.

It is amazing to me, and a source of never-ending joy, the ways that God can come into a person's life with his all-amazing LOVE. He works with us all as individuals and captures our attention and hearts as only He can. He is quite irresitable once He sets His heart of love on an individual

Feel free, please to PM me and ask me any questions. I will be gone most of the rest of the day but will be looking for you on these boards. I so hope you stay around.

I long for you to know Him and His love for you.....

cherished........
