Yesterday a church our pastor preached from Genesis;the subject was children; the text focused on Jacob, Rebekah, and Leah. After the birth of Rebekah's first son she named him with a name that means Lord Bless me with another one. She dared to ask God for another son. The pastor relayed how we fail sometimes as Christians to realize that God wants to bless us as His children and we don't always ask because we fear that we are asking too much. I have been praying small prayers for my son because I've been afraid to pray big. I want to trust fully in God's promises to me. So I would like you to join me in my prayer for my son, Jamal; Dear God: You can do anything!!! God I believe that your desire is to use Jamal in ministry. God you know that for Jamal to be able to go to school that he would need his tuition to be paid in full. God I believe in You!!! I believe that you can provide the funds that Jamal needs. Ultimately, You are in control. May Your will be done!! I love you!!

Father, asking for Your will in Jamal's life. Guide him through each step, and help him to become all that You want him to be. In Jesus name. Amen
