I am considering a gift for a family member who lives in Boston. It is a trolley tour that takes you to Copp's Hill Burying Ground and Granary Burying Ground. It's also a walking tour where the guide points out the graves of John Hancock, Paul Revere, Samuel Adams, among others. It is supposed to be very historical. Another option is a scenic dinner train ride through Narragansett Bay. Have any of you heard of or been to these places and what do you think? Any and all comments are welcome.

I haven't been to those, but Narragansett Bay is nice even though I haven't been there since the very early 80's. Who is the trolley tour through?

Thanks for your reply. The tours are from a company online and I'm not sure if I am allowed to post their site. Their name is xperience and they have tours all over the U.S. Some are expensive, the two I mentioned are more affordable.

I have never heard of them at all. Copp's Hill Burying Ground and Granary Burying Ground is in Downtown Boston, which isn't bad at all.

OK, I think I may buy the tour as a gift. I don't know the area at all but am assuming downtown isn't that far from my sister. She is very difficult to buy for and I wanted something very different for a "biggie" birthday. Thanks again.
