I had a rash a while back. Came out on the front of my thighs and forearms (but only on the 'inside' of my arm.

I did think it could maybe be flea bites, but my kitty hasn't got fleas, nor has her bedding and they just didn't look like flea bites to me. Added to which, why did they only come out and bite overnight instead of continually.

They looked more like tiny blisters to me.

Ideas?

Heat rash? Allergy? Unfortunately, it could be anything...

I did wonder about it being an allergy, but wouldn't that come out all over?

As for heat rash ~ it's unlikely. I've had that before and it didn't look the same.

If it's a contact allergy, it wouldn't be all over. I've had that on my legs before from an allergic reaction to a plant when I was a kid. I only broke out where the plant touched.

Did they itch?
I had blisters on my back all down into my legs several years ago that would itch first, then a fluid filled blister would form then pop. They lasted for six weeks before they finally stopped. They were so painful, I ran a fever and constant headache during it.
I went to three different doctors who never found out what they were.

Like crazy.

True, but I don't see how I could have come into contact with something in those 2 places on my body.

While I was going through my "torment", I did several online searches, and the only thing I could come up with was that possibly I had been bitten by a blister beetle.
Could you have been bitten by something?

Agapetos,

It sounds like a type of allergic dermatitis that my son and I get every year. We get ours on the back of our legs; some years are worse than others. If you get some Coritzone 10 and put it on the rash it will greatly reduce the itching, and even clear up the rash somewhat.
