This idea has been brought up before when Obama was getting attacked on a regular basis in this forum, and now that McCain seems to be getting some flack, I suggest that we set up threads where everyone can have a general discussion about McCain and Obama (and talk about things like their background, incidents, and other stuff).

The rest of the thread can be reserved for discussing issues. I think an issues-oriented format seems to be the trend in this campaign, and if we work on discussing issues (rather than gaffes or rumors), it might make this folder even more conducive to friendly and fun debate.

I agree with both my comrades - one-stop threads for each candidate would go a long way toward reasonable, conducive discussion of the Presidential race.
