What do you have on your front door or near your front door? Post what it is!

By near I mean on the wall above or on the sides...

I had to laugh at this question!

Outside I have a cute Noah's ark style metal welcome sign hanging beside the front door. On the door we have two magnets to hang up notes for the kids or delivery people.

Inside - More magnets to hold up notes and such that we need to remember or whatever. Next to the front door on the inside hangs a series of 4 photos of my children. I'd like to do a new series of photos but that would require more work for me.

Blessings,

Garsy

As for me, I'm getting ready to move to a new place. FH will move in August and I will move in September with him. So far, we have a huge framed painting on the left side of the door (inside). There are currently two hooks already in the wall to the left as well. I'm thinking of using that either to hang keys or put up this thing I forgot the name of. In biblical times, G-d's people put up this thing near the front door. Each time they leave the home, they touch it as a way of thanking G-d for their home and as a sign of return. You can also stick in a piece of paper with Scripture on it

I also want to put somewhere a piece of Scripture. FH and I so far like, "As for me and my house, we will serve the L-rd"

On the outside I have a doorknocker that looks like a cat--inside I have a wreath on the door and a large mirror on the wall next to it

We don't have any "welcome" sign, because that would send the wrong signal.
