Those really big bags from Bed, Bath, and Beyond hold more stuff than you'll ever need on a vacation.

I have never owned a set of luggage. I bought one piece of luggage several years ago. It is big enough for a short trip, can be a carry-on if I want it to, and it was on sale for $15. It has served me well. My husband also came to the marriage with one piece of luggage that is a lot bigger than my little suitcase, so it gets used on the longer trips.
