I'm struggling to find the verse that pertains to our obstaining from something (even if it's not a "known" sin), if we feel it's wrong; or simply don't feel right about it. Any help?

I think I know the verse you mean, but can't find it: I looked under "wrong" and "sin" at www.biblegateway.com and scanning the verses. I must have missed it. Maybe your eyes are better than mine. Sorry.
I did find these, but I don't think they're what you're looking for:
Romans 14:23
But he who doubts is condemned if he eats, because he does not eat from faith; for whatever is not from faith is sin.
James 4:17
Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin

The Roman's 14;23 is about as close as you will find to what the OP is looking for.
While you are at it find the verse that says, "God helps those who helps themselves".

Romans 14.14b also conveys that same thought:
Rom 14:14 ... but to him who thinks anything to be unclean, to him it is unclean.

I bet this is the one, Dave. I was looking under the words "sin" and "wrong" which explains why I didn't find it.
