This is kind of an etiquette question and I didn't know where else to put it, but I'm addressing envelopes for my husband's gratuation ( ) and I'm not sure how best to do it. For people who are single, I'll address it to "Mr (or Ms.) First-name Last-name." For couples that are married, I will address it to "Mr. and Mrs. Husband's-first-name Couple's-last-name"

What do I do with people who are widowed? Do I address the envelope to "Mrs. Deceased-husband's-first-name Last-name" or to "Ms. Woman's-first-name Last-name" (Does this even make sense???) Both my grandmother and my husband's grandmother are widowed and I'm not sure which would be more appropriate. Advice?

I don't know what the proper way is but I would address it Mrs. her first and last name.

This won't help but the title caught my eye...mail service is unreliable in Mexico where I live and so only bills are individually delivered by a hired carrier. No personal mail at all, never!

Congratulations! Best wishes!!!
