Wow what a horrible last 2 weeks this has been so I feel I need to ask for prayers……. I don’t want to get into specific details but I will start of by saying that my dad tried to commit suicide last week and I was called to the hospital as they didn’t know at the time it was a suicide attempt and as soon as they ruled out that it wasn’t a stroke they new right away what happened and asked other questions and family history in which my mom lied so I spoke to the dr and told the truth as I thought it was important and the right thing so that they could get help and now my parents are very mad and aren’t speaking to me because I broke family secrets. It is very sad and painful that when you do the right thing you get out casted.
The week then went on to have other disasters that were just as bad……. I am now at the bottom of my rope wondering when it is all going to get better just when I think ok this will pass and I will be back on track again soon something else hits and it seems that I am getting to down because there is no good times between the bad. It has been one thing after another. I don’t want to sound negative, please lift me up in prayers if you feel inclined. I am feeling very alone right now and I know that can change and also struggling with other people’s reactions of hate when I do the right things.

Dear God, please show sugar-and-spice that she is not alone. show her that you are with her always. please strengthen and comfort her and help and guide her everyday. In Jesus' name, Amen!

I'm really truly sorry <3
That's some really tough stuff to not only go thru but to endure. Cuz it's not like okay, it's over and I made it through... it involves some things that are gonna be painful for a while before things get better. But it sounds like you did the right thing, and because you did God will bring you peace in the midst of so much chaos. Going against the ones we love, with serious issues, things that would lead someone to take their life, is something most people simply don't get. It's really really hard to cross that line and do what is right and necessary for everyone's good -- even when the result is that you become very unpopular with the people that you love the most. It does make you feel alone. It hurts *period*
But you are not alone.
Those words sound so small, but God sees you. He sees just how deep that thing cut to your heart. And he is not going to just stand there and do nothing. You're his baby. He is working diligently behind the scenes to heal you and the people you love, and to restore all that is good and right in your life. Know that. You already do, but hold on to that.
I wish I had your courage and your strength.
You're amazing. You've done what many wish they could bring themselves to do. God is your rewarder. He will not forget your faithfulness and the right heart that you have fought against much emotion to walk in.

Father, put your arms around this amazing woman of God. You see right into her heart and her thoughts and her emotion... you know her motives and her pain. Speak your wisdom and your strength to her. Lord help sugar-and-spice through all she is going through. Help her to draw close to you so that you can strengthen her and fill her with peace.
I pray for unity in this family and that the strife be removed and for the love of God to reign. In the name of Jesus I pray.

Sugar-- I feel you definitely did the right thing, in order for him to get help and/or recover and be healed from this, the drs needed to know that...Trust me, you did good!!
I am praying that your parents hearts soften and they realize how much you love them that, that
is why you spoke up to get them the right treatment..I promise you are not alone my sister.
Things in my life have been so down and I was so sad and crying constantly, I prayed and prayed and prayed, and in Gods only little time, he answered me last Friday..Now, the burden, guilt,loneliness,sadness, are all finally lifted off me and gone. I prayed boldly and BOLDLY
answered me. It was like brick fell in my lap when he answered me, I couldn't believe!!!
SO, I am praying for you friend....God will heal your father and your family, don't you worry!
