Father God
Please be with Nancy and her family as they try so hard with their mom.
Lord soften this mother's heart and let her realize that her family is doing the best
they can and that she needs to be a little understanding. Lord let her see how
much they love her. Lord Nancy needs your help and your guideance as in how
to deal with her mom.
Please help her Father.

Oh Heavenly be a Comfort and Stronghold for Nancy and her family . Lord some how
reveal to this woman that her children are trying as hard as they can . They have pretty well stopped their own lives so they can minister to her needs . Cause her to realize what a sacrifice they truely are making for her out of love ; and Father do a miracle by granting her a spirit of appreciation and gladness . Hear my plea oh Lord.

Thank you for your prayer, and to all who are so faithful to pray for mom.

She did something that thrilled all of us (her kids) yesterday...she got in the wheelchair and ate lunch with my bro and all the others at the cafeteria. I hope she does the same with me today, for I will be there.

God, please keep working on her!

Thank you all for your wonderful encouraging prayers.

Mom reluctantly did OT and PT, and ate lunch with me in the cafeteria. They saved us a window table and actually had a great lunch to top it all off. I took her for a walk in a really gorgeous courtyard filled with flowers, etc...

We watched "Charlotte's Web" on a tiny portable video player I brought from home, and that got her to laugh in spite of herself, too.

Praise the Lord for small wonders!

In Jesus name, I lift her up again today!!!

Father God thankyou for this encouraging sign that she may be coming around to see life in a better perspective . I thankyou and Praise You God . I pray Lord she will have increasingly more good days , and she will continue her therapy for recovery .

I am afraid to call my sister because she was with mom today. Father, I pray a blessing upon mom that just won't quit, understanding in her heart and a conviction in her soul as to how much she is loved, first by YOU, LOrd, and then by her kids.

Dear friends,

My mom called everyone and told them to come to the NH last night. I missed the message and had had a truly exhausting day at work, then forced myself to go grocery shopping after. :)

So I called back at 7:30 p.m. and would have gotten there at 8:30 p.m. She was demanding to leave last night and go to another NH. She also wanted me to come and give her full care on all my days off, things it takes 2+ aids to do such as roll her and get her in a "lift" to transfer her, etc. Lift her into a tub, and give her all of her physical therapy. I barely even knew what to say. It was such a sad moment.

I told her that we kids were all there with her a big portion of each day, but that she needed full care that several aids and nurses and therapists needed to give. I said, Mom your children love you dearly but we are not capable of giving the care of all the people here. We are here to love and support and encourage you.

Please pray for her. She just refuses to accept all the help she needs and is getting. HELP LORD.

Oh God of Heaven,
Reign down your love on this family now. They need your Spirit poured out over them, much as our own family. Maybe this is why you are pressing me so hard always to stay in prayer for Nancy and her family.
I do not not what your will is here Lord, for her mother, but I do know it IS perfect.
Please reveal it with a great peace and acceptance.
Comfort her mother I pray and allow your healing to flow through her, you ARE the Great Physician, Healer, Righteous God, and we praise you for your wonderous works.
You remind us, through one of my favorite verses, "Rejoice! Though now for a while you have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. These have come, so that your faith, of greater works than gold, may be proven genuine when Jesus Christ is revealed." (1Peter1:6,7)
I trust this, pray this promise over Nancy's family- over ours.
You are a God who is True, who KEEPS the promises YOU HAVE MADE. And what glory awaits us, when we withstand the trials, and YOU are glorified.

Wow, you just brought the Holy Spirit tingling over me with that prayer, Amanda. Thank you Hon.

Mom has already called both my sis and me this morning wanting us to go out.

I actually was trying to get into the doc. for something I have put off for 1 1/2 years, but can't get in until Thurs, so am trying to get my sis so we can go out together for moral support. It is amazing when one parent can be so amazing and stubborn and hateful and demanding and threatening. We just keep being faithful, and I cry to the Lord to help melt her heart, for one day she will see this and all situations with different eyes, and I fear it will be a terrible insight for her to get thru, as I know the Lord does not leave any of us in our sin....including mom. Heaven would not be heaven with our sin still clinging to us, and I always worry about this with mom. Lord, melt her heart with the love and reality of her children's LOVE!

Thank you Amanda again, and to all of you dear friends who just keep praying. Wow, you amaze me.

I love you all so much.

God bless YOUR days with peace and comfort and love.

Please bless Nancy's mom tonight and soften her heart and let her
realize how very much her family loves her. Lord I ask that your
healing power flow thru her body and that this recovery will not take
long. Lord bless Nancy and her sister and give them comfort and peace.
Lord give them the rest they need. Help them to stay calm and patient
with their mom even when it feels impossible. Lord keep them strong
thru this hard time.

Praise God for Christian women like Prayer Warrior who are determined to show the Lord and His love and care to unsaved family members.

It is not without challenge and temptation that Prayer Warrior is sticking by her mother in a most noble way.

Father God I am praying that You will fill Nancy and her siblings with great peace that they are doing everything humanly possible to please and serve their Mother . Father what a beautiful example she is setting before us of Honoring her mother . Bless her life
so abundantly , and may all her prayers for her mom soon be answered .

Lord God I pray You minister to this mom , speak to her heart and soul and lay conviction and desire to change upon the mom's heart . I pray lord that she will seek to see You in her life daily . I pray Lord that she will start seeing her "glass half -full "

do what she needs to do to help herself recover qucikly from her injuries.
Lord let her realize how much her family loves her and how blessed she is to have
