Brandon should not be charged with anything, so what if he killed that sicko larry? that sicko "hit" on him, and perhaps that demonic homophile did it many times, not just once. The school authorities should have punished that larry freak for his demonic behavior against Brandon. That would have prevented the shooting. Brandon did the right thing, he defended himself from a predatory homophile who was intent on raping him. It was not an execution but an act of self defense. I will pray for Brandon, i hope and pray he gets acquited for any and all charges. He shoudn't be persecuted like this, he should declared a hero being being willing to defend himself. BOYCOTT HALLMARK!!! BOYCOTT MACDONALDS!!!

Hate crime laws are nothing more than another ploy of the secularists and the homocrats to promote their immoral anti-Christian agenda. All hate crimes laws should be abolished, people should be punished on the basis of their beharior and not on their thoughts or beliefs. Motive should not increase the penalty of the crime, but motives may be a mitigating circumstance. the problem with these hate crimes nonsense is that one murder victim becomes more important than another simply because the other victim is in a protected class. and the punishment for one murder is much more than the other murder just because the victim is in a protected class, that is simply stupid, and immoral.

Silvername, while I'm sure Brandon felt threatened - shooting and killing his classmate was absolutely not the answer, and IMHO, is indefensible. If Brandon is convicted of the crime, he should pay society's price for it.
