as i drove to work and was thinking about YOUr copier dilemma ... i had a brilliant idea ... i could call for a month long period of fasting from cheesecake and prayer !!!!!

This is probably stupid and obvious and you already know, but,
I used to do the bulletin for our church and we had a very old copier that got jammed all the time and no money for a new one. This is what finally helped alot. Every ream of paper I separated in to small piles and I loosened them up on both short sides. Using my thumb like paging through a book, the paper went through the copier easier that way.

i didn't even know paper reams had a true top side and a bottom side to put in the right way until a couple of years ago!

I was able to squeeze enough life out of that toner to finish the bulletins....now I get to play with the folding machine.
I think it would be cool if that folding machine could make a paper airplane!!!

Yes, that does help the paper usually.

Well I battled the evil copier Zurg yesterday and won. Today I'm trapped in another battle called job #2. Hopefully the dragons will sleep today...DO NOT disturb the dragons.
In the meantime, I've been eyeing that plate of cookies over there that Igor left for the weekend. He's really putting in a lot of overtime. I wonder if I should put out a tip jar for him...
