Hey there folks,
Thought it would be a good idea to follow through with this request.
The purpose of this thread is to share prayer requests and praise reports.
It is ok to discuss these requests and reports, however, please be respectful of the purpose this thread. It is to offer requests, reports, AND to post prayers for these individuals if you feel so lead.
Please do NOT use this thread to post random/misc messages.
Please do not use this thread to argue about a topic.

Hey its me Daniel..im back..i just want to ask that everyone pray for me and my family...espicially my parents...it hasnt been an easy year...so i ask that people keep us in prayer or even take it to the church in the youth group and what not...i believe prayer is a strong weapon...and anyoneelse with prayer request can go head n post em on here..we all should support each other as sisters and brothers in Christ...thank you...

i have a MAJOR prayer request.
My second best friend, Wayne called me earlier crying his soul out. He told me that his first cousin, who was like his brother, died in a horrible car crash. He was high and going 120 mph down the road, went to change lanes, and the other car hit him. He said the car went airborn, and slung him into a tree, killing him on impact. Both drivers died instantly. He said when they finally got all of his cousin out of the car, his leg was torn off, his faced was mutilated and badly brused, all of his ribs were broken, and his back was severed. He said he had not seen his cousin in a year, and the last time he would ever see him, was lying on the side of the road with a sheet over him.
His family asked him to sing at the funeral (and let me tell you, that child can sing!) but he said even though he said yes, he couldn't do it. He has been my rock in the dark many many times. I told him i'd be at the funeral with him, but when i heard him start crying over the phone......... Lord knows........... So yall please, i beg of you to pray for him. Sometimes i think of him as my angel, because of how many times he has brought me from depression. And now, to see him like this,...... it's heart renching. I beg you to pray for him.

I need some prayer...
We saw the most traumatic event.
Allan [lives across the street from us] and his friend got hit by a speeding car right before our eyes, and the boy driving was only so young, and tried to swerve from hitting the car infront of him. he didnt see the boys.
oh boy my hands still shake.
but they are both out of MUSC with only minor inj.
I'm not giving more details because you don't need them, and it will haunt us.
please pray though?

Well, here's an update on my life.
I'm living with the family whom I used to babysit for (landlord's family). That's Tim, Claire, and their kids Cade (almost 7-year-old boy) and Nola (3-year-old girl). It's been going pretty well so far. The toughest part is that they aren't really Christians, so it feels a little odd. They aren't like hostile to Christians or "living in sin" or anything. It's just hard, you know what I mean?
I'm not allowed to drive because I don't have car insurance yet. My mom's car is probably going to be repossessed because there are still payments on it and the bank doesn't want to negotiate. I'm stuck with a million things to do and no means of transportation. I don't know what I'm going to do about a car.
I haven't started school yet because I haven't ordered my books yet. It's mostly just a matter of coordinating things, as my mom's Sunday school class offered to pay for my tuition. I will continue to be homeschooled. Right now I'm studying for the SATs (blah).
I need to find homes for most of my rabbits and a couple of my cats. I already gave my two guinea pigs to my youth pastor's daughter. I can keep my horse, a few rabbits, and a couple of cats where they are at the ranch. My dog is staying with me in town.
Most of my stuff is out of my old house and packed up in storage or in the furnace room of Claire and Tim's house. I have a million things to go through, but don't have the willpower to do it. I also can't get to my storage unit very much because I have no car.
I have to be honest. I'm not doing all that well. Everyone thinks I'm doing awesome because I don't show it. But I've been having a really bad time. This tragedy has opened the door to things that I thought I had overcome at the summer retreat last August. Life has been a struggle.

Hey everyone I'm nancy and I would like to ask for prayer for my mom. She has a disease called Peripheral Neuropathy and has trouble getting around she also has a lot of pain. Thanks all prayers are appreciated.

aww Tim...that is sooo horrible. I will definitely be praying for you and for everyone involved in the accident.
well, most of you prolly havent seen me around in forever, which is pretty much ever since i went to WA with Hannah. well yeah. I've had insane amounts of homework - prolly like 8 essays to write in the last 4 weeks, and physics (which is self explanatory  ). And I've just basically been running like crazy. In some ways my life has gotten better...my relationship with God is so much closer than it used to be, and I'm really thankful for that. But there are so many other things that are hard right now. Gil and Hannah both need prayer, and I'd like prayer just for strength so I won't go insane. The next couple months are going to be pretty busy for me, but I'll try to be around a lil. I miss all you guys.
