I'll be praying for ya, hun.

I need some prayer. I've been doing this correspondence course, and now my final exam is next Thursday. I'm REALLY scared, I'm afraid that I'm going to fail miserably. I've never done well at testing, and this is in a more formal setting than I've ever had to deal with before. I have to study, but I have no clue where to start, and I keep getting distracted (which explains why I'm on here). On top of it all, I have work and volunteering and music practice. I have no clue how I'm going to be able to study enough to pass with an acceptable mark. [&o]

As for me, I'm doing better but I'm still hurting.

I don't think any of you will pray personally. This is why I went to another prayer request thingy. But anywho, if you guys do then thats great. My mom and brother are in Oregon visiting my uncle because he's ill. Pray for their safe travels back.

My parents are in a similar situation. They constantly give to others, while receiving hardly anything, if anything at all, back. This has put finacial stress on them, which unfortunately halts some of my immediate plans.

I don't love money, but it is a essential to have when your future includes college and moving over a thousand miles away, and transportation for that move. I need a job so desperately, but those are scarce here.

yea we're lackin financialy right now, and we could really use some prayer. we're really havin to cut back on some things, and i dont really mind that much. i mean, there was a point for my family that they had nothing to eat but beans. and they lived in a closet while working for salvation army. money isn't a big thing for us. but...bills need to be paid and things are gettin really tight for us. please pray.

could you guys do me a big favor and pray for one of my friends? she came to youth with me on sunday night and she was really moved, but i found out she's been cutting. i don't know what's pushing her to do this, but obviously she's hurting. just pray that she'll welcome God's comfort and that she'll quit injuring herself to take away that pain when God can take it from her painlessly. i'm worried about her, but at the same time i'm sooo happy. she's been searching for a long time and i can see that God's starting to work in her life. she emailed me and said that she wants to come again. she also thanked me for inviting her and that she's really happy she went. so i guess this is a request and praise of sorts. thanks guys.

please pray for my parents. we're really tight financially as well. my mom did apply for a new job that had opened up on base but she didn't end up getting the job. aparrently taking you're courses while in the military serving your country aren't enough certification. oh it's okay for my mom to die for others freedom but she's not certified to the naval base's liking. so anyway, we are really pressed for gas and they travel about an hour to work and another hour back home everyday. so please pray for us.

It seems like everyone's families are going through financial difficulties at the same time. My family too... my dad needs a new van for work, apparently something irreplaceable in his current one is broken, and could blow up at any time. But in a big family such as mine, extra cash is just not readily available.

But I have a PTL! I'm done my exam now, I'm FREEEEEEE!! I don't know how I did, but I'm pretty certain that I passed, and that's all that matters.

I've been SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO down lately. Jared's leaving again next week and it's just got me all in a funk. I'm used to him being home again and seeing him four times a week. [8|]

Okay, I have two "praise the Lord"s... the first is that I passed my exam, and with a high mark! The second is that I got a job! My dream job, actually, I start work at the library on Thursday! So I'm very thankful to the Lord for his kindness.

Alright, so I've got a couple of requests.

First, this hurricane Hanna is gonna make landfall where I live. It shouldn't be much of a problem at all, but just pray for safety.

Secondly, I've got a whole lot on my mind. There's a bunch of things that I need to think about and make decisions on. Please pray for wisdom.

I've been going through some dark times, which is why I have been absent for so long. I have longed for death more than once these past months, but God kept me, most thankfully, from doing anything terrible.
