Woohoo! How do you feel today? Is your nose runny? I remember getting a lot of phlegm and a runny nose when I quit.

No not really, I just feel really empty, LOL I guess it's because no more nicotine in the system, but my body feels a whole lot better.

Licorice is a good thing. Tootsie Rolls too. They have sugar in them, but not any fat. I used to eat those alot when I did Weight Watchers. Yay for 5 days, Jordan!!!

Day 712 tobacco-free, day 615 nicotine-free.

It's a blessing to be able to taste and smell again (even the bad). It's amazing how much I used to miss because of my addiction.

I just shared this with a friend who was having some strong craves on Day 2:

Embrace the moment, remember it well, and recall it anytime you might consider a cigarette an old friend that you miss. Friends don't to what tobacco is doing to you right now and in the near future. This is what the Nicotine Slave Master does when we begin to break free from it's endless control.

I promise you that as bad as you feel now, you will feel better than your wildest dreams as you continue kicking and punching this beast until it loses power over you.

One crave, one hour, one day at a time.
