Ok, time is getting close to the meet and eat and concert this Saturday. Those to meet and eat at Tony's BBQ are:
Santa and Mrs. C.
Christy and family (3)
Brenda (?) (Not sure how many will be with Brenda)
Hopefully Mike and Cindy will join us. And any others just let us know.
Concert at 7 pm at New Hope Church, Sevierville.

Yes, Santa. Vera, Donna and I are planning to be there on June 28! We heard that we might have traffic issues because of construction shutdown of parts of I-40. Can you tell us about any shortcuts around Knoxville?

I'm not Santa, but they will be detouring you around Knoxville on I-640. You can cut across to US 411 on 321 and go through Maryville. Take your choice there through Seymore or Townsend. I checked with AAA yesterday and they recommended to take I-640 around Knoxville, said it wasn't but about 8 - 10 miles further than going I-40 through Knoxville. We are going June 1 and we are going to take 640. May comeback home down 411 for the scenic drive.

What Bobby said. And if you are coming up on Saturday just allow a little extra time but traffic should not be too bad on I-640 on a Saturday. But maybe Bobby could inform you better after they are here.

I so want to be at Tony's and then the concert! I'd also like to be at Robert's concert that night. But you know with GV & MTT that my heart will be in TN!!! But long driving trips are on the menu yet!
