Hi Darcy, Diane and Denny!!

How am I doing? Pretty good, now again at least. I had to call on all my patience and put a mental "tape" over my mouth after I lost a very serious long thought out post and lost the whole thing because the site logged me out while I was typing evidently. I even checked keep me logged in all day. OWELL. I know they are working on stuff and I learned another big lesson about typing off the site and pasting back in here for longer posts.

You would not have wanted to have been in my living room when it happened though!! LOL!! It's redone now, but not as good as I thought the first time was when my thoughts were flowing freely. *sigh*

I sure have Ben and Lynn on my mind tonight Praying that they were able to come together in communication.

Hello again you know who you are.

Dee Dee I love that little smace. It was beautiful here today too. I napped though. Haven't done that for awhile. Felt good though, window open breeze flowing, cat curled up and a good book.

I've been wantinga nap most of the day but I also wanted to enjoy the weather outside. I even got a hint of color. It is so funny I use to be dark all of the time when I lived in CA and now I am such a white patty. When my Aunt came out here last summer she looked so dark compaired to me and I use to be darker than her all of the time. however we have all since learned that being dark isn't really a good thing any way. Bad for your skin and skin cancer runs in the family. Then again tan fat looks better than white fat.

BOy did I go off on a tangent LOL!

You sure it wasn't the cat causing the breeze?

That happened to me a couple of days ago, and I was livid. I was in the middle of replying to a pm, went to post it and it said I didn't have that priveledge! I finally saw I was no longer logged in. When they say a day it is 24 hours to the time you log in. I usually log in at 10:30, so..... I sure learned a lesson that day. ( I just logged in so I won't lose this post)

I read your post Sharon, it brought tears to my eyes.

This site logs you out unexpectedly? Would that happen to me too even though I log in fresh everytime that I sign on?

Also, I am jumping in here rather blindly, however I just wanted to say hi to y'all! :)

Denny!! LOL!

Dee Dee I don't tan. Only once did I "tan" a little and that was during a week in New Mexico. Otherwise I look like a china doll white.

Hi Kath and Mike!!

Thanks Kath about the post.

The other thing about the login here is if I go to check email in my outlook express and come back to my open window here, I am logged off. That is a real bummer for me as I do that often during the day. Yesterday I thought it didn't do that and that's why I thought they had things fixed but *shrugged* Still may be my trying figure out how things are done though.

I am longing for the time that I don't HAVE to login every single day and remember to check that stupid box and THEN try to remember when "my day" started. In time, I know.

Ya know I use to lay out at the beach or the river while I lived in CA but mostly just spent alot of time out side. Here I haven't been doing as much out side. It seems as you have to pipe the sun in way over here in IN. But lately it has just been gorgous! I love to just sit or stand in a sunny spot and feel the sun on me. I could just lay around in the sun like my lizards like to bask in the light. I just like that feeling. It isn't the same here as it is in CA. It gets pretty humid instead of dry. But lately it hasn't been. It will get that way in the summer though. I still plan on making my slef get out a lot more every day if only to get me moving. I haven't been taking too good of care of my self in the past few years and now I better start if I want enjoy life when I am older. I see somany thigs starting to fall apart now I am too young for that stuff. so I better just get with it now so I don't pay for it latter.

well I should get off of here I have to go to church in the morning and I am getting tired. I'll go check on a few more threads and then I should get to bed.

Actually, it won't be 'in time'. The sign in is only going to last for 24 hours from now on.

Mike if you log in every time then it won't happen to you, unless you are sitting here for 24hours + 1 minute.

I have other open windows all the time, or go back in this window between cw and yahoo. I haven' t had that happen to me Sharon. It would be annoying though.

That is highly unlikely, the longest I ever did in a single day was close to 12 hours, and that was more than 3 years ago I believe.

You do, it was not the best day for me at all. Speaking about being online, I am going to be signing off Crosswalk in less than 5 minutes. I will be back on Monday though. It is a city holiday here then so I will have a full day to post if I decide to. :)

Bummer about the every 24 hours!! That makes me fearful to compose posts of any length at all.

But on the window to window thing...you are in your internet windows. It's when I go off IE and open Outlook express that it logs me off CW. It never did that before in the old forum.

ohhhhhhhh, I didn't realize outlook wasn't a net thing. I stay away from it because of all the viruses.

as to the losing posts, what I do now is when I get to the 24 hour mark, Or I suppose just in case I don't want to lose it, I copy it just in case so I can paste it back.

Yup, that's what I'm going to do before I press the submit post button.

And by the way I don't have to worry so much about the viruses still. The Mac ya know. I did have something happen in my email though a couple of times. *shrug*

Telling Ben and Lynn that we're praying for them would make a good song?
