Ephesians 4_32:

I teach at a Mennonite school. Good folks. We agree to disagree on some soteriological points.

Ted

So, do Mennonites typically introduce themselves by attacking one among friends? That's a very curious way to win friends and influence people...

I'm not sure what you're thinking or asking...

Wow, that goes way back to February... Anyway, it was my response to his first post in the thread - and on the forum - to attack our friend TheoJunkie (John). It seemed... less than friendly and not unconcerned about doctrine to me.

I don't believe TheodenKing is a Mennonite, do you?

Eph,

Chances are, you won't get a response from Ted. I believe (based on reading his comments regarding this visit in the blog from whence he came) that his self-appointed mission was to swoop in to give me a spanking as best as he could muster, and then swoop out again.

I was curious about what Jimbo asked Ted, that's all.

In case you haven't heard... there is a movie coming out April 18, starring Ben Stein ("Buehler.... Buehler..."), called "Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed"...

http://www.expelledthemovie.com/

... about the scientific community's squelching of heretical thoughts that God might have had something to do with anything. (Sort of like the church refusing to allow discussion of a round earth, back in the day... but now the pendulum has swung to the other side).

Hi John, I checked on the link when you posted this.
Now that it's out, have you seen it?

Where we live, the Pony Express is alive (barely), we probably won't get the movie until the Fall.

John-- Hi back. Good to see you around again.

April -- Yes, I saw the movie and it was really good. I highly recommend it.... even if on DVD.

Eph...

Thanks for the PM. I tried to reply but your mailbox was full (or so it said).

Unfortunately, the wrong people are going to the movie.

Thanks! I don't think it's full, but sometimes there's a glitch in the system.

I haven't been able to see it yet.
Could you explain your statement, please?
