Peppers, onions, black beans, and corn. It was cheesy hamburger melt kind. I've done the same thing before and it was good, so who knows...it just was gross to me tonight.

Meatloaf w/Italian seasoning. Sauted zucchini in an herbal blend of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Roasted yams.
