Grilled chicken, yellow squash, and ... I'll decide that later, like when I cook it!

Really... I think I might just make curried chicken salad again, it's a favorite around here and the weather is so nice. I don't want to spend much time in the kitchen.

I'm not sure. I'm thawing some chicken thighs that I might do on the grill or use tomorrow.

Changed my mind. Mac and cheese doesn't sound good for tonight anymore. And I just bought chicken yesterday, so if I do something with that, I won't even have to thaw it.

Chicken parmesan, penne pasta, and sauteed zucchini.

I think I've changed my mind, too. What is going on here? Well, it's raining here, so no grilling for me!

I think we will have spaghetti with meat sauce.

I'll be getting that rain soon too Zippy so I am wanting some comfort food. Maybe I can talk DH into taking us to Cracker Barrel.

That sounds good. I hope you stay safe. The worst storms are a tad north of us and probably coming your way.

Cracker Barrel - yum!

I changed my mind, too. I found a couple lunch containers of tuna casserole, so I fed those to hubby before they went bad. I had leftover pasta with tomato sauce & meatballs. Yep - a leftovers night! We hardly ever have them since we eat our leftovers for lunch.

I always change my mind. The other day I made crockpot bbq chicken and then froze it because I changed my mind, we ended up having Bruschetta Chicken.

We're having something quick and easy since we're headed to my parents' late this afternoon. Probably smoked sausages and hot dogs, baked beans, chips.

Dh insisted that we get Chinese takeout last night (and I offered zero resistance!!)... so tonight is the spaghetti sauce I made. I think I will make stuffed peppers with it instead of serving it over pasta.
