Last night we worked in the garden until late so we had chicken strips, rice pilaf, and green beans.

Tonight...even easier, I have a meeting. So probably something out of the freezer.

Tonight it'll be some kind of chicken dish ... most likely chicken done in the oven with cream of mushroom soup ... and a side of mixed veggies.

Tonight is pizza. Since we're going away for a week, I need a meal that has no leftovers.

I'm thinking of pulling veggie beef soup out of the freezer and taking a night off from cooking.

Last night I had impromtu chicken pot pie....canned chicken, canned veggies, cream of mushroom soup, topped with canned crescent rolls. The crescent rolls expired today so I had to use them up. Tonight...clean out the fridge, we are going out of town tomorrow night until Monday night.

I usually get the turkey and mushroom one... I never can remember the name. I have to read the entire menu every time I go to find what I want!

Tonight is a potato topped with chili and other standard fixings and a green salad. We'll be helping at a church dinner for visitors to meet the pastor and for him to get to know them where that is always the menu.

It was pretty good! I think I prefer it over rice. Hubby liked it, though. I only did that because buying a bag of potatoes fit better into my menu for this week rather than buying a bag of rice, so I thought "why not?" LOL.

Tonight I'll be at my mom's, I'm not sure what we're having. I think she mentioned cooking out on the patio. Hubby is having pork fritters, mashed potatoes and white gravy. It's all ready for him in the fridge.

I am glad you guys enjoy it! Its one of my hubby's favorites.

I am actually having to cook something different tonight though because I remember I don't have eggs to dredge the chicken in and I don't feel like running to the store...lazy I know . So tonight we are having a new recipe (which always makes me nervous) called taco stuffed shells and I am also making corn to go with it.
