I'll have to watch that one. Just saw on 24wrestling.com there is an article stating that HBK might not be returning. He's happy with his home life with where his career went. If he returns in the fall it will be for a feud with Orton. They said don't expect much more. I'm heartbroken. HHH and Carlito in a steel cage tonight! Can't wait. Also saw that John Cena and Jeff Hardy had a championship match at a house show. I would LOVE for Hardy to be a number one contender. He needs to win the title.

Wow, so RAW was pretty cool last night. Speculation is rampant about that five second video that aired after the mixed tag match. A matrix looking vid played with messages like SAVE_US.222, and something like vol4_track1.act, plus other messages; and a voice was heard in the background stating "I'm Back." Rumor has it its Y2J. Here's hoping. After the news about HBK, we need someone like Y2J. The music that played is similar to Y2J's, plus the whole computer thing, I guess was once a gimmick in his entrance vid. There was even a 3, 2, 1 countdown. The Save Us thing is there were signs all over "Save Us Y2J" and I guess when he initially came to the WWE, he came to Save Us from the WWF. So, only time will tell. Speculation has it though that he might be returning for No Mercy because one message said something about 10_7. Hardy and Michelle v. Phoenix and Benjamin seemed to be the best match of the night in my opinion. The cage match with HHH, McMahon and Carlito was drawn out and rather boring. I wonder if Umaga is returning next week and that is why McMahon agreed to a match with HHH. Oh and it was good to see Hardcore Holly back. Let's hope he stays on RAW.

I liked raw last nignt too and gotta agree with you the mixed team match was the best thing about the show and also with the cage match they could have made it better, By not letting vince win it, Would have loved it if they made it where HHH pulled vince back up and into the ring.

John Cena is injured. According to wwe.com and 24wrestling.com, Cena has a torn pectoral muscle. The same injury that has sidelined Edge for the last four months. It happened during his match with Kennedy last night. The lockerroom is concerned, because if it is indeed as bad as they think, it is a guaranteed four months out for rehabilitation. From the website: How WWE Is Handling John Cena's Injury This Morning WWE is proceeding this morning as if WWE Champion John Cena does indeed have a torn right pectoral muscle that he suffered during his match last night on RAW against the returning Ken Kennedy. Cena is scheduled to meet with Dr. James Andrews today in Birmingham, Alabama for a full medical checkup to determine the exact severity of the injury. WWE will adjust the No Mercy PPV depending on his medical status. for the full article, click here

Cena will be out for 6-8 months and will miss Wrestlemania. He has a torn right pectoral muscle and will have to undergo surgery. The prognosis is good, and he might be able to return earlier than anticipated. Regardless, he has been stripped of the WWE Championship and there will be a match Sunday at No Mercy to crown the new champion.

Cena of course in real life is probably doing a new movie...think if I wrote the scripts that Orton will take it & then HHH inevitably & likely to hold until Cena's done doing whatever. Or maybe like the Rock, Cena's going Hollyweird.

Raw was pretty good last night (I watched it this afternoon thought) Hope Cena is able to fight Ortan on Sunday after the beetdown he took last night. I am starting to get annoyed with Santana Marella and can't see why Maria is still with the guy. Looking forward to seeing Trippe H and Umaga. Should be a good Smackdown on Friday. Should be a good match between Ray Misterio and The Great Kali

HHH was out about 6 months for his torn muscles. Sean Michael's out for knee surgery (played as a concussion). Edge has been out for a torn muscle. The Undertaker was out for an injury.

There have been quite a few injuries this year. It goes to show that even though things may be staged, the danger to these guys is real. It's a shame what happened to Cena, but I can't help hoping that maybe this will change things up a bit. So, who would you guys like to see get the gold? I know the obvious answer is HHH, but I would also like to see Jeff Hardy get a shot.

I'd like to see someone who has never been the champion before. Hardcore Holly or one of the Hardy's. WWE is doing a poll on their website and Val Venis is running away with it.

I checked wwe.com a few minutes ago and saw something both amazing and disgusting at the same time. The first disgusting part: Randy Orton was named the WWE Champion by Vinnie Mac. Next, the first amazing part: Triple H beat Orton for the title. Disgusting part II: Vinnie Mac declares that Triple H will not get out of his match with Umaga, but will put his newly won WWE title on the line. Amazing part II: Triple H gets pummled, but still pulls out the win - much to the dismay of Vinnie Mac. See what I mean? Amazing yet disgusting! Duane

And a WWE update says Randy Orton captured the belt again, as the winner of the Last Man standing?

I just checked back a few minutes ago and you're right, chemdude - Orton won the championship in the "Last Man Standing" match that he was scheduled to have with Cena. Leave it to that rascal McMahon and the slimy Orton to mess over Triple H. I'm not a huge HHH fan, but even I have to admit that he got the remnants of a coal mine last night - the shaft! And now we've got to put up with "The Glamazon," Beth Phoenix, as the WWE Women's Champ. Great! Two blowhards with overinflated opinions of themselves are sitting at the top of the heap! YYUUUUUCK!!!!

Well, this just means that the mind games with HHH are just beginning. I can't wait to see the fallout on RAW tonight. Remember, HHH gets a rematch. (which he'll probably take at Cyber Sunday)

Boy, was last night's RAW great! I thouhght Vinnie Mac was gonna have a cow when HBK showed up! And that Sweet Chin Music that he gave to Moron, I mean, Orton was just too-o-o-o-o-o perfect! Triple H got pummeled by Umaga and Orton after Vince double-crossed him. HHH demanded his rematch with Orton, thinking he would get him 1-on-1 for the title. But as usual, he got shafted. I guess that he'll be lobbying for people to choose that one as part of Cyber Sunday. Duane

I just about leapt out of my skin when HBK's music hit. I was completely ecstatic and still am. Now that we have both HHH and HBK back, things are starting to look up for RAW again. Do you think we'll see a return of DX?

Few Thoughts on Different Wrestling Things: - Glad HBK is back cause he is probably one of the few to beat Orton right now -Amazed that Triple H lasted three matches on Sunday. How Batista won his match on Sunday was amazeing. -Festus Suprised me tonight in the way he wrestles. -Shocked to see Jimmy Way Yang beat Domonoe

Rumor has it there may be a switch in the future, with Mark Henry coming to RAW and Umaga going over to Smackdown. The rumor has it that there is interest in an Undertaker/Umaga feud, and that they would like a fresh heel on RAW. I didn't watch Smackdown this week, but I did read the spoilers online. Did they re-do the ending of the main even match for Smackdown or did they leave it as Undertaker taking out Mysterio and Finley?

Nope, they didn't change it. Finley was getting ready to crack Rey Rey in the back of his head with that stupid shillelagh (that is the correct spelling, btw), when the lights went out. The crowd screamed, you heard a slam of the ring mat, the lights came back up and . . . there he was! Undertaker had laid waste to both Finley and Rey Mysterio. He then turned to look at Batista and made the motion of the belt around his waist. Dave got up and stood there at ringside, looking up at him. He raised the belt high in his right hand, and 'Taker pulled his right hand across his throat. That's when the program ended. Don't ya' just love how they do things like that? Of course it's not much different from regular TV in that respect - "Keep 'em comin' back for more!" Duane

Undertaker is a man of few words I guess. *lol* On 24wrestling.com they said that after the show ended and the subsequent dark matches, they re-did the ending of the show, I guess they decided to stick with the original. They have the spoilers for RAW posted on the website as well. Apparently it's taped tonight because they are in England. I won't give anything away, but I'm still watching b/c I'm so happy HBK is back!

Okay, here's the recap for those who missed. We open with Orton whining to Regal that the GM should chose his opponent for Cyber Sunday. He wants a Triple Threat Match between Michaels, Hardy and Kennedy. Regal decides to have Orton face each of them at RAW. First up...Jeff Hardy. Hardy v. Orton was an impressive match. Hardy is really trying to get some votes (not an easy chore when his opponent for votes is HBK) Hardy goes up for a Swanton Bomb and gets distracted by Kennedy. Orton gets the RKO and the win. Next up we have Santino Morella v. Val Venis. This match could have been a dark match for all anyone cares. Santino cheated by using the ropes and got the win. Next up comes Umanga (as Regal calls him) HHH is no where to be found, so McMahon chooses some poor schmo as his opponent to be a demonstration as to what awaits HHH. First up is a Street Fight that is over in two minutes, with the poor guy laid out. Next is a First Blood Match, where Umanga gives the guy a samoan spike about 15-20 times until the blood capsule he has in his mouth bursts. After that, the steel cage is lowered and the guy got tossed around a bit. Obviously, Umanga won all of them. We also have Kennedy v. Orton. Pretty boring match. Hardy interfers and whoops on Kennedy and hits him with a Swanton Bomb. Orton leaves the ring, his eyes like daggers on Hardy. Next was a half decent match between Rory from the Highlanders and Kendrick. Rory got the win. All that needs to be said. Jillian comes out and sings wretchedly and then has a match with Candace Michelle that's over in about 30 seconds. Candace was a bit impressive. I'm starting to like her more, just can't stand that opening music. Next up we have Hardcore Holly and Cody Rhodes in a impressive match. Hardcore of course wins again, but Cody put up a heck of a fight this time. Then the Showstopper. HBK v. Orton. HBK is on fire. Although you can tell his knee is still a bit tender. Orton ducks out of the ring like a baby after a barage of fists from HBK. HBK goes right after him, and drags him back in the ring. They scuffle a bit, Orton goes for a suplex of the top rope which is avoided. HBK hits the elbow from the top rope and starts tuning up the band. Kennedy comes in and intereferes and they beat on MIchaels until Hardy comes out and starts whaling on Kennedy. Kennedy and Hardy go over the top rope, Orton turns around and walks right into Sweet Chin Music. The show ends with a happy HBK sitting in the corner next to Orton chewing gum and grinning that grin of his.
