Yes, it is a wonderful video. I was very pleasantly surprised at how long the local TV station gave the segment (wouldn't EVER get that long on local stations in Atlanta!). I thought it was a great piece with Gerald at the organ, the piano and singing! The nomination for Dove - Male Vocalist of the Year is quite an accomplishment in itself and I really hope he wins. Of course, even if he doesn't, he'll ALWAYS be my Male Vocalist of the Year!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS, GERALD!

I am very, very proud of Gerald and all he has meant to Southern Gospel and to thousands of individuals.

Great camera work!! I really enjoyed watching Gerald's finger technique when he was playing the organ.

From the Greater Vision newsletter:
Yes, It's True...
Jason and Missy are expecting a baby! This will be baby number three for the Waldroup clan, and, if the doctor is correct, Abbie and Jonathon will have a new brother or sister in September. Hopefully, baby Waldroup will arrive either before or after the National Quartet Convention, otherwise, Jason will have some fast driving to do from Louisville, Kentucky to get to Momma's bedside on time.

Congratulations Jason and Missy!

If I were a gambler I'd say he'd rather share with the guys.

Gerald has spoiled me.....seems like the last few weeks we have been getting the weekly GV newsletter real early on Thursday morning. I looked this morning and it's not here yet! I know he said the Kids' CD would be out soon, but I am really excited about his solo CD coming out. Has anyone heard any updates on a timeframe for that???

Yes, I'm sure they have computers on board. But, I bet they're having so much fun, putting e-newsletters together just isn't a priority! Can you imagine that???
