Sounds good, Trish, Happy Birthday!

We had scrambled eggs with cheese and bananas (bananas not in the eggs, lol)

banana eggs Thanks for the gross out moment!

I had a green salad with turkey, avacado, grilled marinated artichoke hearts, bacon, balsamic vinaigrette, boston lettuce, and romaine lettuce (the really green leafy type, not the colorless, watery romaine hearts you can buy three to a pack.) I've never had those artichoke hearts before, but they were incredible!

We're putting on a bbq for friends - marinated chicken breasts; lamb loin chops rolled in a spanish rub mixture dh bought; potato, egg and mayonnaise salad sprinkled with chives; and a tossed green salad; followed by passionfruit cheesecake and a banana split for J.

I had some apple sauce and some coffee from Starbucks

(I tend not to eat much on my days off since I do not need energy to sit around the house doing nothing)

Roast chicken
Mash Potatoes w/ gravy
Green Beans
Biscuits

We don't normally have such a big meal on a Sunday, but today I was home all morning with a sick baby so I felt like I had the time.

BBQ chicken sandwiches, salad, and probably the obligatory fries. Better go throw those chickens breasts in the crockpot, huh?

Turkey pastrami and cheese on whole wheat, a few potato chips and ranch dip (leftover from youth group over here yesterday afternoon!) My gallbladder's gonna hate me later, it hates potato chips and dip . . . . .

I ham, swiss, and veggie sandwich. I'll juice some fruits and veggies after a while as a snack/ rest of lunch since I didn't have anything with the sandwich.

We found some yummy turkey breast deli meat style sandwiches on wheat bread w/jalapeños of course! I also had a little sherbet. The sherbet is a big, big treat!! Not something normal here but starting to find it available.

Lunch was better yesterday. Today I was hungry for pizza. Domino's has 2 for 1 on Tuesdays.

2 slices of pepperoni pizza w/dried chili's and ranch dressing

& rainbow sherbet for desert.
