pk07, I don't just listen to it. I write it and sing it. Not only at my church...but with my touring choir (The ARC Choir...Arkansas Revival Center Choir) and a pro group called The Prophets. I like classic rock styles and "Chicago" sounding stuff. Kathy and I also love the standards and artist like Tony Bennett and Michael Buble...but when it comes to Christian music, about as far out there as we go would be Chapman, Casting Crowns and the great Bob Carlisle...but we'll "let you listen to it"...ha! Now...the HOGS: Won Saturday, beating FL International, 58-10. Beat Ole Miss last week, at Oxford, 44-8. Lost to Bama with 8 seconds to play...and to Auburn with 20 seconds to play, after leading both games late in the 4th quarter. Could easily be 7-1...but instead we are 5-3. Still can have good year if we finish well! "Hit that line, hit that line. Keep on going! Move that ball right down that field! Give a cheer (rah, rah) Never fear (rah, rah). Arkansas will never yield!..."

although the razorback football season isn't over and there is hope for maybe a cotton bowl bid, lets take a few seconds to focus on the hardwood...that's right...RAZORBACK BASKETBALL...the hog bball team made this year's preseason polls, with a number 19 ranking debut! hopefully new head coach john pelphrey can lead this very experienced team back to the ncaa tournament and go deeper than the first round!!! go hogs! congrats on the top 20 ranking!

Paul, I have to pull for the home state (SC) crowd this weekend! Sorry! But don't hold it against me, we still need Bama to pull it out and beat LSU!

I won't hold it against you, but you are probably gonna be a 2 time loser. I hope not, because I am rootin' for Bama! Shock! LSU can't keep lucking out...but it's going to be tough..where is the game? As for the HOGS and the SC chickens. I really believe we are due to put an entire game together...4 qts; defense and offense. Hadn't done it yet. Gotta happen at some point. Hope it's Saturday. Matt and I will be there for whatever comes our way! "HOGS SMELL GOOD!"

As for it's time to play 4 complete quarters - SC is OVERDUE for that! But Hogs will have the 12th man on their side. What time is the game Saturday?

I believe that you have won an impressive 40 titles in men's indoor and outdoor track and field and cross-country, and one men's basketball. It would have been 43 except that two track championships were recently vacated by the NCAA. I don't follow track and field much, but I "rooted" for Nolan Richardson's Hogs when they won the title.

KerrLaw...don't bring up 1998! That should have been our National Championship. That Hog team was good....and really good guys...unlike that Travis Henry character for UT. NO. I don't expect UT to stop us. We can only stop ourselves. Less than aggresive play-calling or dumb penalties, are the only things that have slowed that offense down all year. Looking forward to seeing my first game at Neyland. A Hog win would be really sweet. But don't get me wrong. We have great respect for the Volunteers. The team that plays the best, on Saturday, will win!
