Praise from Mark Trammell: Just a note of thanks for praying for the revival in Ohio. We had three great days at Heritage Baptist Church in Toledo and its my understanding that our dear friend Evangelist/Pastor Jack Lassiter also had a great meeting in Cincinnati. We praise God for the decisions made. One very notable evening was at the end of the service when we had preached "Happy In The Lord" and concentrated on the reality that we have to CHOOSE to be happy. It was so interesting to see roughly a dozen teenagers in the alter with the adults also asking God to give them strength to make that choice. I was BLESSED. My brother Jerry and myself were treated like kings and we want to thank Pastors Dan and Jeff Ellis and their families for their love and hospitality. Blessings, Mark Trammell

My daughter and son-in-law have made it safely to Alexandria, VA, and Maggie's thumb is doing fine from the cat bite! Thanks for your prayers.

I know those cross country drives can be a bear. We did it several times when we lived in Seattle area and went home to VA to visit. I'm glad her thumb is doing better too. ~Lynn

Thank you Jesus for the great results we had with Carol's surgery. Thanks to Sharon-Marie & Jim for keeping you posted and most of all THANK each of you for the prayers during her surgery. We are at home as of 1:30 on Friday. She is doing great. It will take time for her to heal as there is about a 12 inch cut in her back. Doctor is well pleased with the success of surgery. Thanks to prayers. Carol will be out of commission for several weeks, so please keep her in your prayers. It will be a slow healing process.

I Praise You and Thank You Heavenly Father that You hold us in the Palm of Your Mighty and Loving Hand at all times, and especially in our times of loneliness, weakness, illness, stress, frustration & despair, that You answer every prayer even if You tell us no or that we must wait, and that You lead, guide, direct and strengthen us to hold on to Your Word, Your Promises, and Your Love.

I Praise You Lord for the mighty works You are doing and I ask that You forgive me for not helping keep this at the front of all things I do each time I visit these forums. Gracious God please forgive me that I allowed the adversary to talk me out of posting here each time I visit. Forgive me Abba for allowing that old thief to convince me it was prideful to post publicly all the time my Praise and Thanksgiving to You. Lord please strengthen me to do it as a witness to others who may only look at Praise and Prayer threads and not let that thief get in the way. Lord I can seem to do it in other places on these forums because other people are also doing it, but I could not seem to do it here because nobody else was doing it. Lord, please help me to be pliable clay that You can use and not marble that You have to keep chipping away before I will step out everywhere You want me to step out and step back everywhere You want me to step back. Amen

It has been awhile since I have posted here but I have much to PRAISE GOD for. Some of you have been praying with us for our grandson, Noah. He and his family were able to be with us for Christmas for two days!! The morning they were scheduled to return home (about 2.5 hours) he pulled out his feeding tube and damaged his TPN line. He was in great pain and there was no way to feed him. They did get back to their hospital and stayed for about a week to get everything fixed again. But he is home now and doing well (as can be expected). Another praise item is the birth of another granddaughter on Dec. 1. She was 3 weeks early, needed a little extra time to catch up but is now doing great. Her family was also with us for Christmas bringing our total to 16.

Praises and Thanksgiving to our Mighty God that He has gathered together many Prayer Warriors who care about each other, this country, this world, and are unashamedly uncompromising when it comes to the Gospel, yet compassionate, loving, non-judgemental witnesses to the Love, Mercy, Grace, Forgiveness, Peace & Joy found only in HIM.

I am very happy to report that my father has had a very good last few days. He had been walking with a walker for a few weeks because of terrible pain in his hip from arthritis. Last Thursday he was walking better - only used a cane. Then on Friday he got a shot - a very complicated procedure that had to be done at the hospital and took over two hours. He was feeling even better by Saturday. He came out of dialysis laughing and joking for the first time in recent memory. It was the first time ever that he didn't complain about being sick and made it all the way home without sickness. He enjoyed watching the UT basketball games at our house on the weekend. It has really been a great few days. Thanks to everyone who prayed for him.

Thank you for your prayers. Today Mom was agreeable to let one of my sisters take Daddy out to purchase shoes and eat lunch. She was able to watch some TV (Hallmark channel "Little House on the Prairie" and "Touched By An Angel" which were 2 of her all time favorites) and keep up relatively well, plus some general conversation in between & afterward. She also agreed to allow me to clean in the kitchen without getting agitated that when we do little things like that it is no reflection that she nor Daddy are unclean, just that everyone needs do little heavier cleaning on a regular basis and we enjoy helping them because we love them. The best 3 1/2 hours for her & with her in several weeks...PTL !! Continued prayers are appreciated.

I have been on a fast/prayer of hard proportions for something. I wanted my light to be seen more in my actions than me having to preach to my friends in my unit. God has helped me in this. or I let God take charge of it and I assisted.I am not sure which. but my best friend in the platoon and his wife both returned to the Lord this last weekend and I have three other guys wanting to go to the Church I found this Sunday. they asked me what changed in my life. I told them simply I tightened up drastically on my walk with Christ. I give God the glory for this as it couldn't have happened without Him.

PTL forever for how He does these types of things we see posted throughout this Community and elsewhere!! Jehovah God is Awesome beyond words. Even tho' we know this we still just fall down on our knees in Amazement at how He works all things for good even in the midst of trials, heartaches, evil wickedness, human weakness, and all our uncooperativeness. PTL, PTL, PTL
