By diet/excersize, I finally hit 160 pounds (down from near 190). Immediate goal was 160, long term maintainable goal 155.

Ran 1.5 mile in 13 min 33 seconds. Doing the math, that's a 6.642066 mph pace. When I started, I could only run 2 laps (.5 miles) before needing to walk. Immediate goal was 6.5mph pace on the 1.5 mile run. Long term goal is for a sub 12 minute 1.5 mile run which would be a 7.5mph pace. Gonna be tough!

Yesterday was my one year anniversary in the forums!

One year ago I was searching for some information about what was going on at NQC and checked out the Singing News web site, logged into the message boards and just kept posting.[:D]

Today (Sunday) is our 28th Wedding Anniversary. That for sure is a milestone that Mrs. C. has stuck with me this long. She is a sweetheart and I love her more today than when we married. Thank you Lord for letting us share these years together.
