I..... um...... "tolerate" children. I hate babysitting. I don't mind the tiny ones that can't speak yet, but I really don't like kids.
I like my dog-sitting job better than babysitting jobs. And dog-sitting pays better.
Maybe when I get married and all those feelings might change, but for now, me no likey.

I don't even mind being around them so long as I am not the babysitter.
My best friend's five-year-old sister outran me and three athletic friends. In fact, she ran fast enough to disappear. We split up so that whenever we ran into her mom, we could say she was with someone else-- this is while we were frantically searching for her. Finally, my best friend moseys downstairs with his sister attached to his leg. I could have murdered him...

Yeah, that would've been a little annoying. It's kinda funny though!
I guess I'm kinda like what you're saying. At church, I can be all sweet and pretend to be fascinated with their little stories and announcements. But I don't like the responsibility of taking care of them.

OK, so I know you guys are totally off-topic now, but i wanna put in my two cents now that I'm actually able to get online.
The things that I like in my guy are respect, humour, trust, generosity (even if it isn't for me, which is 80% of the time), his ability to tell me how it is bluntly and honestly (even if he thinks he sounds harsh i respect him for being totally honest) his maturity (and immaturity at times) and his ability to have constrictive and intelligent conversations. And looks are something that each person finds different. To me, my guy is gorgeous, to others, he's not that great. But once you get to know people and see who they are inside their heart makes them more handsome or beautiful on the outside. (That's what I've found anyway)

i like the list..and i completely agree about the looks thing.. people pay too much attention to it and base their decisions on whether that person is "hot" or not and usually, regardless on their outward appearance, are "beautiful" on the inside

believe it or not we've done this before on here, and i copied what i wrote so here it is
this ain't in any particular order, i wrote them as they came to mind
#1 He's Godly. He loves God above all else and is really on fire for Him.
#2 He loves me. He has to love me above all else no matter what I do.
#3 Likes kids. Yeah my guys gonna have to love kids cause I want at least 4 maybe even 5 and I'm in line to have twins, so yeah.
#4 Has a sense of humor but knows when to be serious. I need someone that can make me smile when I'm down but can also be serious when things need to get serious and just doesn't joke about every little thing, that just annoys the crud outta me, and guys usually get a verbal lashing from it, might even get hurt
#5 Likes animals. Ilike cats with attitude problems and i like my dogs to be really small or really big, preferably big. And i want a sugar glider, those things are awesome.
#6 Has to be a leader.
#7 Doesn't mind getting his hands dirty. He can fix anything like in a car, and doesn't mind getting greasy under a hood.
#8 (ok, i added this one cause i just thought of it.) He can't be wussy. I've seen these guys lately they scream when they see a frog. I mean dang I can pick up a frog, snake, spider, any kind of bug. It doesn't bother me. And I don't know, it just drives me crazy.
#9 A daredevil. Not afraid to do crazy things.
#10 Not afraid to be himself.
#11 Can talk to me about his thoughts and feelings, about things that are botherin him.
#12 Can be a best friend to me.
#13 Will listen to my opinion on things and actually think about it.
#14 haha...romantic lol
#15 Respects me. He has to respect me and my opinion, and just everything about me and my family and friends.
#16 I would definately like him to be taller than me.
#17 He would just beat the crud outta anyone that messes with me (not that i couldn't do it myself  i just would just want him to be willing to do it for me) and i don't mind if he has a temper, just one he can keep under control.
#18 He'd take a bullet for me.
yeah that's about it ^^ and i usually prefer brunnetes, if that means anything
