Wow, the hospital AND the library! That's so awesome! Do you do it for CO-OP for school, or is it just for personal reasons?

Ronnizzle -> RE: The book thread of doom (10/20/2007 5:41:04 PM)

did you know that not everything on wikipedia is true?

ChiefWannahakaloogie -> RE: The book thread of doom (10/20/2007 5:43:22 PM)

really?

Ronnizzle -> RE: The book thread of doom (10/20/2007 5:50:17 PM)

yup. that's what my english teacher told me cause we were doing this report and we had to have a works cited page but she wouldn't let us use wikipedia cause it's not the whole truth.

rae_of_light -> RE: The book thread of doom (10/23/2007 2:03:06 PM)

I know Wiki isn't all that accurate. But it's fun!!

I finished the Charlotte Bronte book I was reading the day before yesterday. I took almost a whole WEEK to read it, how sad is that?!? Oh well, I've been busy, that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!! Now I'm reading War and Peace. It's kinda hard to get into though... [&:]

Ronnizzle -> RE: The book thread of doom (10/23/2007 7:26:16 PM)

it took me a month to read wuthering heights because i couldn't stand heathcliff. urghh! that evil man got on my nerves. i'm reading dandelion wine by ray bradbury for an english assignment and it's really boring. that's actually what i should be doing, but this is funner even though practically no one's on tonight. someone save me from going insane. i'm lonesome and need a buddy to talk to.

So do you often read classic books, or do you prefer funner books??[:D] lol sorry, couldn't resist!

Ronnizzle -> RE: The book thread of doom (10/23/2007 8:12:30 PM)

usually funner, but classic books are good. it's kind of a goal of mine to read all the classics, but so far i've only got gone with the wind and wuthering heights under my belt. i'm planning to start pride and prejudice soon though. [:D]

Ronnizzle -> RE: The book thread of doom (10/23/2007 8:16:07 PM)

oh yeah, and happy birthday rae! sorry i didn't get you anything. wait.........*searching web for present*...........found it! never mind, my computer's being a retard. but just to let you know, there were tons of balloons and presents and even a cake! sorry you can't receive it. i feel bad now. I have an uncle Ronnie, and the only thing he whips is cream.

Hahahaha!!! [:D]

Ronnizzle -> RE: The book thread of doom (10/23/2007 9:44:35 PM)

haha! very funny randy, but Ronnie's only my nickname, although i would prefer it to Veronica any day. ronnie totally fits my personality better than veronica. veronica is too professional for me, especially since all i do is joke around.

Anyone read "Skinny Bitc*"? (haha). Anyway my sis got it and she liked it a lot it helped her change her diet and stuff. I don't know if I'm gonna like the cussing and junk in it but I'll try reading it probly.

i'm reading it now, and heathcliff seems annoying, but catherine seems even more annoying.
