i'm sorry, but he annoys me. the movies where somewhat entertaining during the first hour, then they got boring. and i never cared enough to read the books.

Isn't the book ALWAYS better than the movie??? Those fliks were pale imitations of the awesomeness that is Harry Potter.
although as a writer, Rowling's ability was... mediocre at best. She was just a great storyteller.

your right, the books are always better. but still, i have no interest in them. have you seen the series of unfortunate events movie? this is the perfect example. the movie was alright, but the books where by far, way better. they did no justice to daniel handlers creative writings with the movie. i'm a huge book buff, and out of all the stuff i have read, i say these books where some of the most creative i have ever read. i love his work. love it.

I never got into Harry Potter. Mostly because people were so obsessed with it that I was sick of hearing about it and lost all interest I once had in the series.
