Crosswalk Community Conference Rules Schedule: ?-? -- Afternoon Conference 9:30-10:30 -- Night Conference Rules: 1) Due to several problems, communication will no longer be split between voice and type. A vote can be taken for communication, but must be unanimous for voice chat. If even one person does not vote for voice, the conference will be done in type. If a voice conference is underway and a new person joins, a new vote must be taken. This rule is to prevent members from feeling left-out of voice chats. 2) To keep order (and, of course, participate in the madness) Randy and I will act as moderators. We will be responsible for starting our scheduled conferences, and every online member of CW will be invited, though you are more than able to decline. We will post an "In Conference" notice as our "Availability" status on Yahoo, so if you come in late and we miss you, feel free to notify one of us. Also, if we sense problems beginning to arise -- and I hope they never do -- we will contact the offender separately. If you feel bothered by a member of the conference, feel free to notify a moderator separately and we will address the problem. All moderator notices will begin with "MOD:". Failure to comply with the moderators could end in banning from future conferences. I really hope it never comes to that. [&:] 3) In the case that both moderators are unable to start the conference at the scheduled time, a designated stand-in will serve as moderator. The stand-in will have all the powers of moderator except the power to ban. Banishment is restricted to discussion between Randy and I. 4) Basic Crosswalk TOS rules apply for our conferences, as well, as they are Crosswalk events. 5) These rules apply ONLY to our scheduled conferences and obviously have no hold over your private conferences. All I ask is that no bad blood springs up between our members. C'mon, people, this is fellowship time! Don't ruin the moment. [:D]
