How do you know the difference? I can't tell. My mother is Portugeuse and French-Canadian. She speaks spanish, I can't tell or for that fact myself from alot of Puerto Ricans, Cubans or Colombians.

I don't have paperwork?, if a cop came up to me, I don't think I even know what is required. So I would get arrested?

Appearances are something that can be tricky. From your picture I would have never guessed that you were Hispanic at all!! You are a pretty girl I thought that you were an Black American like me. I know that Hispanics sometimes do have African genes along with Indian and Caucasian, that's because Hispanics is not really a race per say. Hispanic is many cultures of people.Most American blacks, such as I ,are mixed blood people also. I have Indian,Caucasian and African genes running in my blood also. The main difference between, some not all , Hispanics and African-Americans is the proportion of Indian ,African, and Caucasian genes and also the influence of Spanish heritage verses African. I could be off track, I stand corrected if I am wrong.

My picture is a avatar. she is pretty! Of course Hispanics have African genes, Mexico, Brazil, Cuba, etc. All had slaves.
And we are all mixed up alot. the Europeans went around the world, moved Africans to Natives land, and while doing all this impregnanting both.

The land you live in for one. The Black community does not have him on Fox News every other day. The Black community doesnt hardly watch Fox News. A Part of this fence would seperate a Native tribe. that's a false border, the border should go around their land according to their Trreaty signed by US and Native. Now they want to create another of false one thru their land. Why keep moving the borders? then where do we move it to next, to keep out who?

Hispanics know the difference, trust me - the differences in looks, language, customs, culture are indeed at times vast.
Same thing with the European comparison - for some they would say, "how can you tell the difference between a Polish person and someone from Germany?

It is not likely that Indians conquered the Americas, or that Africans conquered Africa. Sometimes one tribe would dominate another, but that's a different issue from how their lands were settled in the first place.

Cubans are treated differently by immigration than all the other hispanics (except for Puerto Ricans) because of the special treatment given them by immigration law. They come onshore and they get automatic asylum (or one could call it equivalent to automatic amnesty). Another anachronism from the cold war. Even though there government is communist they have a better economic standatd of living than other hispanic countries and have a higher literacy rate. So, there is no such thing as an illegal immigrant from Cuba.
