I have lived in New York State. I have lived in Missouri and I have lived in North Carolina...I would say out of all of them that NYS is my favorite...just because of the outdoors...

actually it is what NYS doesn't have that the other do have...
humidity, poisonous snakes, and poisonous spiders...

Actually, funny story...
My best friend and I were home alone the other day. And when she opened the door to go outside there was a snake on the porch. It was long, black and ugly. Straight from the pit I am sure...We didn't know what to do. We called a few neighbors that we knew, which isn't many because we just moved here and they couldn't help us! It was awful!!! So we snuck out the garage and we went to find the closest MAN. We found a new neighbor and they came and helped us try to get rid of it. It was already gone! *scary*
But, out of the experience we got to invite our new neighbors to church. And they have decided to continue coming to our church...

Hot as all get out today! We are under a thunderstorm watch tho and are supposed to be getting some nastiness at some point. I'm not expecting anything major tho. North of us and in Ohio are dealing with some stuff right now tho!

It's been a beautiful few days here! I have all the windows in the house open and there is nice breeze blowing!

Nope,I never heard of Sam Philips.So sorry.Soulfest was awesome though.I saw the Newsboys,Stellar Kart,Eleventyseven,Third day and a couple other cool groups as well.
