Ooops, sorry about that, y'all . . . I've got a bunch of eBay auctions ending tonight and I had snuck over there to check on some of them, and I also took a minute to change my siggy.

Wintery . . . I'm still in Tennessee for the time being. I'll be doing the tour director training in December. I don't normally wish my life away; but I'm very excited about this and can hardly wait.

You got off work at midnight? What do you do, if that's not too personal? I can't imagine that there are many elephants up this time of night, so I'm guessing you're not a zookeeper.

Fiddle. I have no more scuppernongs. Probably cuz I've been feeding them into my face for about the past 30 minutes. I haven't had scuppernongs in ages; and when I saw them in the store the other day, I absolutely had to have them. And now they're all gone. Fiddle.

Y'all may not see this until later, but no matter . . . y'all have sweet dreams tonight.

I'm going to be up for about another hour waiting for my auctions to close; and then I'll probably be heading to bed, myself.

Yep, it is, besides I need to hit the hay, oh I said that already! Ok, I am officially getting tired now and it is showing! Ok, just 2 more threads to go!

Hope you get the winning bids that you want Sharon-Marie and hope you have a great night as well!

BTW, the comment on wishing your life away, that reminds me of both a song and video that came back in the 80's.

Ok, on that note, night now, sweet dreams!

Ooops . . . I had bookmarked where I left off yesterday; and then forgot about it.

I really think the Charlie Brown ones will be the best auction of them all!
I think so, too. Hoping so, also.

Afterall, it was a Charlie Brown and Snoopy that started the whole toy thing.

And my many thanks to BobbyYork (who hangs out mostly in the Southern Gospel folder, but who sometimes sneaks over here) and his friend Nancy!!! He and Nancy spent an inordinate amount of time a couple of weeks ago untangling the strings of the 3 marionettes I have; one of Charlie Brown, one of Snoopy and one of Woodstock.

The macaroon that packed them 2 years ago didn't do a good job of it; and this past July, they came out of the box in a horrid, tangled mess.

Uhm, that macaroon was me, btw.

For when you get back here later on, Mike . . . what song is that?

And goodnight!

Man, that's pretty scary Ray. Did you pose for that icon or what?

Sharon (Awed) cropped it out of this picture. It's a Danish windmill in Elk Horn, Iowa.
So, Ray, how much does that helmet weigh? Did you wear it all day?

Oh my word! I clicked on "Two of You" . . . and first saw "flaming cauldron menu" and then I saw a photo of the hot tub!

Somehow it just doesn't conjur up "romantic" for me.

But then, I didn't see any claims of such, neither.

But really. If I was going to share a dinner and a hot tub with someone, I'd want it to be romantic and not have to wonder if I was going to become the next flaming cauldron menu item.

But that's just me.

Other people may feel differently.

A viiking-themed B&B???!!! Someone certainly does have a lot of imagination . . . and apparently it's working well for them.

Trish, scuppernongs are big, round, juicy morsels of exquisite deliciousness, hailing from the grape family. They grow in the southeastern United States (and maybe other places as well; I'm not sure).

We used to have a scuppernong vine in our yard when I was a little girl . . . and lots of those wonderful individual fruits gave theirselves for jelly and wine.

I used to take a book and go out under the arbor and read . . . and eat scuppernongs.

And on my way back inside, I would stop at the fig bush and eat one or two of them.

Isn't it rewarding to know one's gifts and to be able to fully utilize them?

Oh, and btw, you might want to consider not letting Destiny order the lobster.

Y'all have very blessed days todays; I need to pretend today is my Saturday since yesterday I behaved as if it was my Sunday.

SharMar, if you wish to be an honest, upstanding Christian lady, and also be in keeping with the long held principle of truth-in-advertising, you really need to remove the word "relatively" from your sig.

Hey Jeannie!

Have fun bowling! After doing accounting homework, you will certainly have earned such a good time.

Yeah, but this is computerized accounting, which should be an easy A because our textbook is over QuickBooks Pro 2008 and I use that at work regularly..........

So, kinda an easy day all around. But I'm not bowling. Just gonna watch the teens!!!

Yes, unless there is a word or phrase that is even stronger than that. Maybe "utterly, completely and concretely."

Gee, do you really think so? I don't. Seriously, I would think intent has something to do with it, especially from us regulars.

If you're going to throw in all those words, all you're going to do is end up contradicting yourself . . . because all that verbiage would show is that you indeed and most certainly do comprehend me.

Hey Pam!

Jeannie - good for you and accounting. Maybe I'll hire you one day. I always consider it a huge celebratory event when I add 2 and 2 and come up with 5. No wait, 4. I think.

I'm getting a slow start with the productivity thing today.

I blame y'all.
