Lord Jesus,

Thank you for this forum and for all who visit it. Thank you that your people are so diverse and that this forum is a place for so many to meet. Thank you that this forum glorifies you. Pray that it will continue to do so.

Protect every one of us from the dangers that lurk all around, just as you protected David from Saul. Let your presence be a guiding beacon for everyone here, leading us just as the pillar of fire led your people through the wilderness.

I especially pray for the moderators, upholding them before you. Help them to glorify you in all that they do in their lives, especially with respect to this forum. Grant them safety.

Lord Jesus, I long for the day when you return, to bring to conclusion all that you have purposed. I long for the end of suffering, pain and strife. I long to be with you. I pray that this forum would be an instrument in your hands that would advance your kingdom, bringing about that great and glorious day.

In praying for this forum, I'm not so much praying for the technology as for the people who use it. We are your people, called by your name. Called to Holiness and righteousness. Called out of darkness. Purposed and equipped by you.

I pray for all who are in distress right now. I pray thay they will be able to pour out their souls here. That they will feel safe. I pray that you would accept each post as a sacrifice of praise to you. I pray that they would know that YOU are the first to read each word. That you receive every word to yourself.

I also pray us all to fix our eyes on Jesus, not simply writing from our own hearts, but pouring out what you are giving to us.

Lord, we do not want this forum to be filled with tepid words or vague platitudes. We ask you to empower every word shared here by your Holy Spirit. Furthermore, let every life touched by this forum be touched by the glory of God in the face of Christ.

Father God, Father of all your family,

As I read the various posts and contributions here, I see much need, much pain. So many lives struggling with sickness, sin, pain and death.

Yet Lord, it is to you that our faces turn. We lift ourselves to face you. We look beyond this sin-sick world to the glorious throne room of heaven. That place where you reign in justice and righteousness.

Let your kingdom come Father God. Let the reign of King Jesus extend to all our hearts. Cast your septre over us and rule. Let everyone who visits this forum come under your rule, bowing before you.

Lord, I may be in this dying world, but I am heaven-bound, by the grace of God and the calling of the Father Almighty. I know You and Father; I am your son by adoption. I ask you as my Father to grant favour on all my brothers and sisters here. They are your people, your children, members of your body. Do not withold the smallest part of your full blessing from us. Whatever circumstances we find ourselves, wherever we may dwell on this earth, we are bound together by YOU. Just as the spokes of a wheel meet at the hub, so you are the centre of our lives where we meet. I pray for a real bonding and unity to dwell here, because YOU ARE HERE and you command blessing.

you must have read my mind! either that or the Holy Spirit is working through us. I too was thinking about posting aand praying for this forum and for all who visit, not only the prayer forum, but for the people who work at crosswalk. Last week a hacker overtook the site, but the corsswalkers got it the site ogong again. This community means a lot to me, y'all have helped me and I feel this is a place where we can come and pray for others and be prayed for and confess and find recipes and love one another.

God bless this community and Lord, I lift these poeple up to you. Please protect us, guide us, direct us, provide for us, bless us, and discipline us with your loving holy discipline and as iron sharpen iron, so one man sharpens another and thank you God that we can be here for each other and one of us is really alone.

Lord Jesus,
Having just read through all the recent posts to this forum, I am again reminded how important this place is to so many people. I myself feel quite depressed again this morning, struggling for inspiration, struggling to know your presence, struggling to worship you. But this forum gives me somewhere that I can see beyond my own circumstances and temporary struggles, through the lives of others and their struggles, and onwards and upwards to your throne.

I bless your name, Lord Jesus, that you have called this place into being. That you have provided for us in this way. I don't take it for granted, but knowing the constant dangers, pray that you would protect us and this forum.

So, for the weak, for the defenceless, for the struggling, for your blessed children I pray. For the burdened, for the lost, for those in darkness I pray. I pray too for the prayer warriors, those who seek to bring help, those who bring wise counsel.

Lord Jesus, I pray for every word posted on this forum. If there are any words that are out of place, let them not cause pain. Let forgiveness flow. Empower those words that are particularly inspired by you. I pray they would be really effective for you and your kingdom.

Lord Jesus, I also remember before your throne the moderators and technical staff who oversee this site. They are the ones who bear the brunt of troubles when they come. So, I pray they would know your dear presence as they go about their various duties.

Lord Most High over all,
I praise you that you are Lord of all you survey. Thank you that the earth is the Lord's and everything in it. Thank you that all things have been made by you and for you.

As I come again to pray for this forum, I remind you that everything is yours and that you have the right to rule here. Let there be no voice but yours heard here. Let no name or cause be proclaimed here except the Name of the Lord and his glorious purposes. It is to your name that I bow down. Your name alone.

I pray that everyone here would know the goodness of God in their lives as they cast their cares onto him. Thank you Lord that though you are great, you care for each of us, in minute detail. You are a gracious God.
You are a tender God. You know the sufferings of your people, caught up as we are in this sin-sick world.

Let this place be a place of release, O Lord. A place of healing and restoration. I pray that lost souls would find their way here...their way to you. I pray that the downcast would be lifted up to fresh visions of you. I pray for the hurt and abused to find serenity and tenderness in you through being here. Guard the hearts and minds of the weak, the defenceless, the poor and needy.

Build a wall of protection around this site, allowing all inside to know rest and safety. Sure in the knowledge that you shield and defend us.

I thank you that the foundation stone is Christ. I thank you for the temple you are building with people's lives. I bless the work you are doing, and say build your church Lord. Let it grow strong in you. Let this site be a source of inspiration and encourangement to all who visit. Let this prayer forum be a shelter and a harbour for all who need it. Hallowed be your name.

I sense the enemy attempting to attack again. All sorts of things happening. Little distractions, Unhelpful comments, strange technical difficulties. All of which could be explained some other way, but your spirit tells me this is the enemy.

So, I stand alert, and offer in prayer this forum to you. Conscious of all the vital work being done here. Protect this work I pray. Protect us all from the Evil one. Guard our minds.

Shield and defend the Moderators. Protect all the administrators. Guard your praying people.

Most of all, let the name of the Holy One be greatly exalted.

Many times You have answered prayers I've brought to this forum. Thank You for providing
this forum! Answers have come that some would call miracles. And then the opportunity to be part of praying for others which brings one joy.

Please protect this site and prayer forum from technical problems, interpersonal problems, or anything else that would try to stop the wonderful thing You have provided for us brothers and sisters in Christ so that all over the world we can come together in prayer for our needs - small - large - or in between.

I praise you Lord God for the way you have used this forum and the chat room to bless me with week. I testify that praise, worship, adoration, prayer and supplication to the one true God reap their benefits in my life. How you have taken one miserable person and lifted him up out of shame and given glory. Thank you for your presence. Thank you for using this Forum and the prayer room to work within me. How I bless you for this place.

I pray that many more will discover the blessings to be found here. So, I pray for the continued protection of this site and all connected with it.

I thank God for all that he is doing for me...I don't know what would be going on in my life right now if I had not found this forum..I don't even remember how I found this site but OH how I am so grateful that I have....I feel that I have grown so much and I thank everyone of you here who prays for me, that I will continue to pray for you from the bottom of my heart...I love all of you!!!
