I knew you were kidding about the yard. I'm not kidding---I would be a real grouch if I were in Mrs. Qtman's position. I'm usually not still for very long.

She will just have to move to Vermont then instead!  BTW, what is that ice cream competitor from the west coast instead? The name excapes me right now.

I do not know. There is some other ice cream chain nationally that is from California I think, but I cannot think of the name.
