I just had a picture in my mind of some seedy looking guy in a long trenchcoat motioning me over, looking over both shoulders, then carefully and discretely pulling a donut box out from under his coat and whispering, "I've got maple bars or cream filled maple bars. What's your poisin?"...

I would not say that.
It would be more like "I have maple bar little girl."
Gosh I hope a certain couple of people over in M&E don't see this they already think I'm a pervert or worse.

Probably. Barbara Bach was a James Bond girl I believe in the move THe Spy Who Loved me. She was also Ringo Starr's wife.
