Last year the only siggy I had were links to my blog and to my PFY thread. I'd update the links to keep current with each thread, but that was the only change in my siggy.



People love to click on siggy links.

This Dr. put me on a bland diet, a diet of stuff that is meant to *bind you up* Something I can definitely use right now: boiled rice, apple sauce, toast with nothing on it*, and bananas. So that's where I'm at right now. Not too bad, I'll say.




(*I learned that you can put apple sauce on it with gobs of cinnamon and it tastes like apple butter Also, you need to boil rice in salted water just like you do grits. Tastes better. )

Jelly on toast is almost like desert for breakfast.
