And since I'm on a roll, I'd like to add that peanut butter must be whipped within an inch of it's life (until it's smooth and creamy) and with NO chunks of peanuts in it.

Any other version is pure evil.

I'll forgive you for your pagan ways...

And Phosy?

Crunchy peanut butter indeed...

And you are advocating such a sinful practice! *sigh*

If they move Kerr's thread to M&E, we could get in a lot of trouble because people there don't have a sense of humor...

Which could make it really fun....

But we are going to let Kerr have the honor of starting the next thread in his series, right?

It would draw a crowd and we could sell peanut butter sandwiches.

And unsweetened tea and crunchy peanut butter.

We have to give the customer what they want.

Well, all this talk of peanut did it, so I had to go make myself an Adams crunchy peanut butter and honey sandwich on a cinnamin raisin english muffin...

I'm really gonna have to rethink my opinions on some of you folks around here with pigs feet, spam casserole and other dishes on the menu while good traditional stuff like sweet ice tea is not allowed.
I'm with ya on the pigs feet and spam casserole, but I'm definitely not understanding you at all with the sweet tea thing.

There's something so soothing and reassuring about sitting outside in the evenings, drinking sweet iced tea out of sweaty glasses while enjoying some friendly conversation with neighbors and friends. I'm really starting to wonder if the sweet iced tea isn't a southern thing, lol. At our family reunion, there's always two coolers full of tea - the unsweet tea doesn't disappear at near the rate the sweet tea does.

When the weather is hot and sticky and you have been mowing the yard, digging in the garden or some other hot and sweaty thing the last thing you want is a overly sweet drink. It is too much of a shock to the system.

Who said I drank it after working in the garden or mowing my yard? During times of high stress like that, I choose to drink Diet Rite.

Good night to everyone who has gone to bed already.

Y'all have blathered for eight pages in my absence.

Catching up:

Quit traveling under aliases.

I have played a lot of baseball and loved it, but watching it is as boring as watching soccer, without the benefit of the riots.

Garlic doesn't go well with cereal at lunch.

cranky is perfect -just watch that video of her singing Son of A Preacher Man. (and most of all- she makes Spam dishes.

I use Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006 to make avatars.

Jimmy Durante said good night to Mrs. Calabash. (a day late and a dollar short I see I am.)

Nichole knew what she was getting into.

We like crunchy PB at my house - with strawberry jelly.

I don't like sweet iced tea - unless the little pink sweetener counts.

As always, Santa is right on top of things (even from Michigan) - The new thread is open.
