<Lisa looks around, cautiously, to make sure no one is listening. She quickly sweeps the room for bugging devices. Finding nothing, she signals the "all-clear" to her co-conspiritors.>

The plan to take over the world begins.

This is the place for discussing the particulars. Any idea? If you aren't a homeschooler, please do not read this message, as it will cause you to self-destruct. Thank you.

Here are the links for the choices:

Cat and the yarn.
The denim jumper.

Really, Lisa, you should have posted the warning FIRST so that terrible tragedies like the demise of Uncabeeil can be avoided.

Tsk tsk. Shoulda heeded the warning. (Whaddya mean I should have posted the warning first? That's just silly.)

Aaanyway. Now that that's over, we can get down to planning.

So, we had talked about denim jumpers for everyone. Should we all design individual avatars, or use the same one?

Also, anyone have any good ideas for a universal signature line?

No, it's just that when he, errrr, passed on, his computer was still logged into this page, and since he is...um, self-destructed (?) he cannot change that.

Oh, I guess that would make sense.

If that happens, then the top of the page will eventually be littered with usernames of poor curious souls who stopped to look. That's just sad.

But, how would we survive without the NEA deciding what swill to force feed our children with; I mean if they are raised without the life givingl influence of Political Correctness, can they survive?

Thanks
RC

You'll find out all that after we take over.

I can't remember if you are a homeschooler or not, RC. If you are sympathetic, though, you can always join us. Do you have a denim jumper?

I have a couple of denim jumpers and was just yesterday contemplating why on earth I still have them. I guess it must be for this purpose. We could all have pictures of ourselves taken wearing denim jumpers and use them as our avatars. I may even have a picture of me years ago in a denim jumper and a head covering.

Me, either. I recently decluttered them

I was picturing a pic of a jumper (not on a human) on a background or something. Hmmm. Denim Jumper League of Homeschoolers.

I wouldn't worry about it. It seems that none of us wear them anymore. However, if you would like a couple, I'm sure we could send ours to you.

LOL! Well hey, if I can get away with not wearing them at all great! I really don't find them terribly comfortable

I've got one denim jumper. I mentioned in another thread that it was a hand-me-down from a public school teacher. Do you think it would still count?

I know! Those of us who have denim jumpers can get pictures in them, and those who don't can find a picture of a jumper on the internet and use Photoshop or another photo software editor to put their heads on top. You can even use Paintbrush if you are desparate. Or you can just use any old picture of a denim jumper, with or without a person inside.

It's contaminated. Put it in a paper sack, and bake at 250 degrees for fifteen minutes or until heated through. Then have it prayed over by a rabbi, a priest and a pentacostal minister. Hang it out of doors and if it has dew on it in the morning, don't wear it.
