I saw you guys perform at Night of Joy last year, and with Steven Curtis Chapman in November (Do you remember the Night of Joy sign? :-) )

I really love your new album - every song on it is awesome! My favorite is "Eternal". I was wondering what your inspiration behind this song was?

I feel your newest album is more laid back and calmer than Face of Love; were you intentional in that and do you guys plan to go back to more of the 'hard' sounding songs?

Also, the song "Whatever You're Doing (Something Heavenly)," really has impacted me in my life right now- wanted to know the circumstances behind the song, even now because He continuously changes us!

Heyyyyy Sanctus Real!!!

I have a few random questions:

- when you're on the road, what do you all eat? like do you eat at fastfood places? and what do you guys do for exercise?

- Matt, on that album that you did with Bethany Dillon "In Christ Alone"...do you guys sing together in any songs? Like harmonize with each other?
i guess i could just buy the album to find that out...ha...

-have you all ever thought about coming to Minnesota and playing "Jesus Metal" for your Minnesotain fans that go to every Minnesota show and surrounded areas? ;)

-this is kinda really random, but Matt, is your full name Matthew? and Mark..Marcus? and Chris, Christopher? Dan..Daniel? Pete...Peter? haha...i've always wanted to know that...

-Pete, do you still have Jubilee?

Do you guys remember coming to Sommerset, WI and playing for about 100 people and telling us the story, after all the power went off, about seeing the longest hotdog in the world??? just curious! :D

Chris started playing the riff. It inspired a feeling in the room. As we began to write it turned into a love song for God. As the lyrics progressed, it really turned into a song that was about the infinite, eternal love of God for His church and in return the love that we should have for Him. We were looking around at the physical world we live in and the love that we portray and the messed up ideas of what love is and what relationships should never be. God will never fail us in a relationship like someone else can fail us in a relationship.

We want to achieve making really true music with good texture and artistic value that's still is able to be accessible to a wide audience. The hope beyond that is if we accomplish that goal, that people would hear the message that we invest just as much time into. That they'd be encouraged by those songs and that they'd be introduced to Christ first and foremost.

We did a tour song with Third Day, DecembeRadio, Revive and us. We did the song "Handle With Care." That was amazing. The energy that we felt on stage with Third Day was really unique. I love our energy, but it's kind of interesting to step into another atmosphere on stage with a band that's been doing it that long. With Mac Powell, and he's such a master communicator on stage. To sing with him was like, "Wow, I want to do that again. I want to collaborate. That was awesome."

One weird thing that is becoming common. Our drummer just flew home to have a baby with his wife. That happened to Matt with his wife. That seems to be a popular thing.

First and Foremost, I gotta say that I love your music! every song has an important message, which not even all christian artists do.

haha well my prayers and blessings i remember when my mom had my baby sister !! She wasn't the nicest lady in the world at that point !![;)]
