The dog who at times I also call "the smart one" always wants to help. He will carry flattened boxes, empty gallon jugs and grocery bags around the house and then to the back hall to go downstairs to the recycle bin. He brings the bathroom trash once it is tied securly to the big bag in the kitchen on trash day. If he is not handed boxes etc. he sulks. He'll go lay down hard and then put his head down on the floor and sigh quite loudly.

He loves to play with the vacuum when the hose is attached but is scared of it when you're vacuuming the floor and runs away from it.

He also does a number of other smart things like picks up his toys every night at bedtime and puts them in the closet and he knows them by name.

............. lolol!!

Last night, my smaller dog found the MagLight flashlight.... he dropped it on my toes and proceeded to 'yell' at me until I turned it on so he could chase the light.

Silly old man.
