I just summarized, as best I could, my workouts, food, and progress for the last 4 weeks. I've got 8 weeks left till the 4th. Any suggestions for speeding up this slow progress would be great... M1: 1 scoop whey, 1/4c skim milk, 1/8c oats, 1 fish oil, 1 glucosamine, 1 multi M2: 1 scoop whey, 1/4c skim milk, 1/8c oats M3: 1/2c LF cottage cheese, 1/4c pineapple, 1 fish oil, 1 glucosamine, 1/2oz almonds M4: 1 scoop whey, 1/4c skim milk M5: 4oz chicken, broccoli, 1oz cheese, 1 fish oil, 1 glucosamine M6: 1 scoop whey, 1/4c skim milk, 1/2T peanut butter ...This is about 1200 calories at 50%P, 20%C, 30F (Chicken is about 4x/week with the others being pork, steak, fish) On days with at least a 300 cal workout, I add 45g carbs (2 scoops of dh's carbo plus and 2 1/2 oz banana) to M1 and M2 for about 1360 calories at 44%P, 30%C, 26%F On bigger days with at least 500 calories burned, I add another 45g carbs (4oz sw potato, 1/4c oats added to shakes, and 1/4c more pineapple). This is about 1560 calories at 39%P, 39%C, 22%F. Thx!
